Feature Requests

I’d like to suggest adding a Welcome Page feature that appears when patients log in to their portal. This page could serve as a customizable space for our clinic to share updates, announcements, or helpful information with patients - such as office hours, holiday closures, new services, medication refill reminders, or educational resources. Having a centralized, easy-to-update welcome section would: Improve patient communication and engagement. Reduce repetitive inquiries about common questions. Allow staff to share time-sensitive updates quickly. Enhance the overall patient experience within the portal. Ideally, this page could be easily edited by administrative staff and could include options for brief text, images, or links.

I’d like to suggest adding a Customizable Tabs feature that would allow clinics to create and label their own sections based on their workflow needs. For example, teams could add tabs such as “Patient Resources,” “Program Info,” “FAQs,” or “Clinic Announcements.” Each tab could include text, links, images or documents that staff can update anytime. This feature would provide: Greater flexibility to tailor to each clinic’s needs. Easier access for patients and staff to important information. A cleaner, more organized way to share updates and resources directly in the patient’s portal. It would be especially useful for clinics that run multiple programs or need to communicate frequently changing information.

I often do administrative work after hours, but as a psychiatrist with a small practice I work very hard to set boundaries with patients around my availability. It is essential that I send communications within my posted business hours, not at 9 p.m. (even though realistically that is when some of the work happens!) I use the send later feature in Gmail regularly, but would love to have that capacity within the portal. My current work around is to draft the message and then set reminders in my phone for 8 a.m. the following day, but would love to automate it. Thanks for considering!

Can the appointment details/confirmation popup show whether or not the patient has access to the patient portal? If they do not have access, then provide the ability to invite them in the same screen.

Very frequently people can't find the email or text with link to forms. So they do not do them. I don't think that there is a way for them to see them listed on portal and be able to click on them to complete. If so, please let me know! But if not, this will be a great feature to add and save a lot of time and resending of forms not completed. Thank you, C

Mobile App for Patient Portal

Please do away with the additional step of requiring a separate "invitation" for a client to create a portal account. Please update the check box that appears when adding a new client to so that it either enables or disables the person's access to the client portal. Individuals get some many emails during onboarding, the additional emails about portal invitations are almost always overlooked.
