the ability to schedule message replies to be sent on future dates. This would allow replying on the weekends when a message is seen without reinforcing clients to contact on the weekends.

Patient should have the ability to tag a provider or @provider when messaging in the portal. Instead of it going to everyone in the practice.

Have patient portal update between doctor and staff - For example, I will check a message, take care of the question, but on my staff's side, it still shows as unread. Even if I mark the message as unread, it still shows as new on their side. Really could help streamline workflow to have staff/doctor only check unread messages. Please consider!

Mobile App for Patient Portal

Currently, there is no way to choose to disable access to the messaging portal at the time of archiving the clients, so even clients with closed charts can still schedule appointments.

Possibility to add 2 home adresses and 2 emails (Parent 1 + Parent 2) and integrate them as part of mapping. Sending 1 intake link to both parents so a parent can complete certain questions if the other one doesn't know.

I would like the messaging portal to be more like email with subject and replies to each topic for organization and ability to find information.

In order to avoid important portal messages getting buried and not being responded to in a timely manner, I would love to be able to prioritize the urgency of my response to a portal message with a flagging system that is integrated with the task feasture. This could be a "high priority/respond within 24 hrs" "medium/respond within 48 hrs", "low/respond within 72 hours" type of set-up with color coded flags (or stars or dots). Any message assigned one of these flags will remain at the top of the message list in ascending priority and the flag will not be disappear until the message is responded to. Furthermore, any message that is assigned a flag should automatically trigger a task in the task list with the appropriate priority and due date based on the flag selected. And the task will automatically be marked as complete once the portal message is responded to.

Can we have an option to add another "portal email invitation" under the portal settings? So we can customize the portal email invitation in different languages similar to forms. Thanks!
