Feature Requests

Being able to edit comments in patient profile or add on to a comment would be beneficial, maybe add on or edit and leaving the original time and date stamp while adding on a new time and date stamp to the add on comment.

Another EHR I've used in the past had an internal provider note section that the provider could use to populate personal notes relating to the pt that would not render in the final note. This was a super helpful feature that I would love to see in PracticeQ. A lot of times we would use this to keep a running list of historical A&P snippets to be able to see what was done at the previous visit at a glance without having to manually open up the previous note. Big time saver. Sticky notes as others have suggested would likely work for this as well.

It would be great to be able to "pin" a comment to the top of the comments tab. If there is information we don't want listed in the chart but also don't want to get lost in the string of comments. please add this feature!

Can we get the newest comment to appear at top of page instead of bottom? We have to scroll down to see most recent comments. Of at least offer a sort button so users can decide.

Can the comments be edited as opposed to just having the option of deletion? Things can change quickly and I would like to be able to edit as new information becomes available.

It would be incredibly helpful to have a section at the top of the patient profile with important information/alerts that the provider should see each visit. Jane App does this really well. I've included a mockup image.

Add the ability to "like" or mark "reviewed" on a comment so other staff know you've seen it and vice versa, without having to comment back.

It would be helpful to have the ability to edit a comment. I can see the comment section getting very over-crowded in some of the patient's charts.

A knowledge base for practitioner where admin can add various instructions and answers to questions so practitioners can access the information and add to it as well.
