It would be nice to be able to push a list of upcoming appointments to a client, as we schedule in a series. That way they wouldn't have to open several emails. Add to calendar would be helpful, too

I would like to be able to send intake packets by email but reminder by sms and currently there is only one choice for each client.

There should be an added option to allow the patients to reschedule from their phone. So instead of 'YES" for confirmation, and "NO" for cancel. Allow "1" for confirm, "2" for reschedule, and "3" for cancel.

It would be great if we could customize appointment settings based on the appointment. For example enable appointment reminders for an individual therapy services but not for collateral care appointments. We have clients, for example, that are seen daily in our IOP and do not need daily reminders. Only certain services we offer would benefit from reminders. The way the settings are currently set we can either enable appointment reminders for all services or none at all.

One of my patients reported receiving too many appointment reminders and would prefer to receive only a single reminder 24 hours before the appointment. My understanding is that this setting cannot be individualized; changing it would apply to all patients.

Journals are not working as they require fixed and interval schedules that usually do not align with their follow-up appointments. It would be very helpful if questionnaires or journals were tied to patients' appointment reminders.

In reminder emails, "confirm attendance" and "cancel appointment" currently show up as large bright buttons, which are much easier to spot in the email than the link to reschedule that I added underneath. It would be great to have a "reschedule" button that looks as obvious as the "cancel" button.

Please provide a means through which we can simplify appointment reminders for telehealth appointments. My clients get multiple different emails, some include an invitation code and some include an appointment link. It is entirely confusing and unclear which link/reminder includes what and which emails include the link that does not require a separate code to join their telehealth appointment.

I have patient that I would like to complete questionnaires before each appointment to track various symptoms overtime. For one patient it would be a GAD-7, for another a Y-BOCS form. I would like to automate individualized questionnaires to be sent 24 hours before each appointment, maybe with their appointment reminder.

We have patients schedule 6 month check-ups where we want to review bloodwork. It would be great to have automated reminder messages sent to the patient that can send 2-3 weeks before their appointment to remind them to complete their bloodwork. These messages could obviously be customized for anything that you want to remind the patient of before their future appointment.
