Feature Requests

Please, for the love of all things holy, please make this feature happen! I've been asking for this for years! I just want to be able to see very quickly from my calendar which appointments need to be confirmed so I can quickly do it in seconds. I don't want to have to run a report. It could be a dot next to their name, or the appointment is in a different color. Anything to easily see that appointment is still waiting for confirmation. Thank you!!!

It would be nice to have several tabs open for scheduling and notes. I would like to continue charting and schedule an appointment with my patients.

If someone manually reschedules an appointment, and the box is checked to send a confirmation to the client, a new confirmation should be sent automatically with the new appointment details. I don't understand why we have to do this manually. I can't think of a scenario where I would not want a new confirmation to be sent.

Please allow the ability for us to block access to the scheduling widget based on a particular service. I prefer to personally schedule all evaluations, but let patients schedule their own regular sessions. Unfortunately, even without a portal invite, once a patient is scheduled, they have the option to reschedule. I've managed to figure out a way to block the reschedule, but I really don't even want them to be able to view appointment availability on the widget. Thanks!

It would be helpful to have a waitlisting feature for clients to use for busy schedules.

Instead of separate button to block time, it would be nice and convenient to be able to click the calendar and choose to schedule or block time.

It would be helpful if there were some sort of wait list that enabled posting a client's name and requested date/details. At this time I keep it on paper and it would be so helpful to have as part of the whole PQ system. Thanks.

We want to only show two options of appointment types on the widget on our website so new patients only see two types. However, we also want to see all appointment types on the widget when existing patients want to book online. We need to be able to create those two widgets separately.

Need calendar to sync with iCal!

would be ideal to have confirmations go out through text vs email like all other EMRs do
