Give a second option for creating a group appointment instead of the current "Add additional client" being the only option. When I want to create a group, I need to be able to create an invoice and claim for each client who attends the appointment, and mark the attendance for each client individually. If I have an appointment with 10 clients and only 8 attended, I need to be able to mark which 8 clients attended and which 2 clients did not attend. Then I need to be able to create an invoice and a claim for the 8 clients that were marked as attended. Filling out a progress note for the clients scheduled: I need to be able to fill out a note, then when I save the note it creates the note for all clients and DOES NOT lock the note. When it automatically locks the note, I can no longer use the filter for unlocked notes to see what notes still need to be completed. Then I should be able to edit the note and customize it for each individual, then lock it one at a time to indicate that it is complete. So the note would have all the things I entered on the default note from the calendar, and I can enter in client specific information like how the client responded to the group topics. Right now group appointments are just not possible within IntakeQ. Making this scheduling/booking enhancement possible would create a whole new market for this beautiful system.
