An app!!!!

It makes it easier to see if the appointment occurred, was cancelled, late cancelled or now show.

If we can add a button to the appointment confirmation email, so that we can sync the appointment to their calendar, that would be great! There are patients who are booking in advance, and they tend to get confused. If we can add that feature, that will be great!

Please make "block time" and option when clicking on the main scheduling calendar instead of defaulting to "add appointment". It's a lot easier to point-and-click on a schedule to block time than to press a special button and navigate thru all the date/time options under that pop-up.

For example, scheduling a patient for biweekly Friday appointments, but when you click to create appointments and their biweekly appointment lands on a date the office is closed (ex: Christmas), we would like to have the option to just skip that weeks appointment instead of rescheduling. Or make it so that it alerts you that you are scheduling over the blocked day, but still allows it to happen. Then admin can just go back and delete the overlapping appointment as needed.

When changing the timezone when viewing a practitioner's calendar, it adjusts the appointments but does not adjust the blocks. This is difficult because we still need to see the adjusted blocks in order to properly schedule.

Ability to reserve a day for one office and block all other offices, so they cannot book into the day. Currently, blocking offices from booking requires manually setting up a block for very office. When there are many locations (ie 50+0 the manualy work to block all offices is extensive

Notify (but give the option to schedule anyway) if you are trying to schedule a client during a week where they are already scheduled.
