Feature Requests

I really need there to be an option to change my availability starting on a specific future date. My schedule changes periodically and I book my appointments three months out, there is no way to change my availability without impacting it immediately. This is a pretty standard scheduling feature in most EHR systems - I just assumed PracticeQ would have it too. Please work on this asap or I will need to change systems!

Please add in a feature to differentiate on the client chart when an appt is cancelled vs missed. need to be able to differentiate them without having to click on each individual appt. having missed appts be grayed out vs having cancelled appts be a more muted color could be an option.

Have an attendance button/icon that shows a client has checked in and/or is present.

Can you please add the scheduled "blocked time" into the print feature so that when I print out my week or day, it has appointments and blocked times on there?

It would be great to have a reminder sent to us if a clients recurring appointments are about to end. There isn't anything that warns of that, and it has caused scheduling issues.

We would like to have the ability to schedule by provider and/or rooms while showing the color-coded appointment types. Currently you can only show day or month and must choose only provider or appointment type to show on the team calendar therefore limiting how the team can see the schedule.

It would be helpful if there were some sort of wait list that enabled posting a client's name and requested date/details. At this time I keep it on paper and it would be so helpful to have as part of the whole PQ system. Thanks.
