PLEASE add the ability to color code appointments for telehealth vs in person appointments. The would so helpful in a quick glance at the calendar to see which appts are telehealth and which appts are in person.

Can you please fix the system so that when you filter a calendar by location it will stay filtered to that setting? Every time you navigate away from the calendar or refresh the page it defaults back to showing the bookings for every location. We have 5 locations with more coming and this is a huge time consumer to have to filter the calendar over and over and over.

Allow for multiple time frames to be added to each day. For example, when setting hours for a specific service offering, allow for both a morning and afternoon time to be added to each day of the week. Currently only able to add one or the other.

can we modify or block the patients to book a next appointment if they have unpaid invoice?

Hi, for in person visits, the email confirmations do not indicate "in person" or the office address. All the emails, regardless of telehealth or in person will have a virtual link. Please allow for clarification of if it is an in person visit or telehealth. Thank you. Please make it such that when we click to schedule a patient at a certain time, we are able to set the default time the appointment will be at.

Need to be able to resize the provider columns so that you can fit all 19 providers on one page. It is very difficult to see the schedule when you have to constantly scroll sideways in order to see all providers and patients for the day.

I'd like to see the color of appointment change on the Booking Calendar for those appointments that are completed with note locked. That way, I can look at the calendar for myself or my Team and see what notes are completed and locked, and those that still need to be done.

Can your team develop a system for blocking out time on a schedule that consist of a rotating schedule. For example, iPhone has a feature that helps out firefighters where they can schedule their shifts to happen on every 4th day. Basically putting time in their calendars that shows 24 hours on duty and 72 hours off duty. Then the cycle repeats. So we should be able to block out time on one day and have that repeat on a rotating schedule. The example below with the red, blue, and green represents a fire department. So some clients that use your system like myself work on this schedule. I work on A shift and at my department we have 1 day on 3 days off. The example below is a fire department with three shifts. Mine has four. You get the point. This would allow some of your users who work nights and days rotating and those who work on rotating schedules like this for fire departments, hospital and EMS, can input their schedule with ease instead of manually inputting every day.
