Feature Requests

Please create a new app for Practice Q on the App Store.

While everyone is waiting for the app, can we PLEASE have an updated mobile site!? We are extremely limited on what we can do! Specifically being able to see practice availability and add extra time. Even just a few extra capabilities would be helpful.

We would love for the names of deactivated practitioners to no longer appear in the Access Control window or in the various practitioner menus in LISTS. We can imagine that as employees come and go, these lists and menus will be very cluttered, we think it will become very annoying. Anyone with us here?

Allowing providers to change colors of appointments and block times to differentiate reason for block (out of office, virtual only, meetings, etc) and types of appointments (intake, virtual, in person, etc.).

There needs to be a way to edit client comments. I currently have to copy, remove the old comment, and paste to edit a comment.

sometimes i still need to send in a prescription or do something for a patient, so i would keep my note/chart open, and then see someone else, thus remembering to finish my notes on all these people, or easily able to click between them for being caught up. it feels impossible that everything has to be closed in order to look at my calender and to message someone. if the tabs could stay open for multiple patients across the top while i respond to a message or see someone else or look at my calendar, it would be TREMENDOUSLY helpful. it's killing me not having that like we did w/our old system. thanks!

It would be great if the prefill forms could present a full page to prefill at a time when sending a form to a client rather than only presenting one section at a time to make it easier to fill out.

I'd like to request a noise-canceling feature for background noises (dogs barking, keyboard typing, etc.) while on video calls. Background noises can be very distracting so a noise-canceling feature would greatly improve the user experience.

We're a primary care group and we need a BMI category which automatically calculates based on patient's height and weight. Formula for calculating BMI in US customary units is weight in pounds (Lb) divided by height in inches (in) squared, multiplied by 703.

Being able to have multiple tabs open within Practice Q rather than needing multiple browser tabs open at once would be hugely helpful. I am constantly jumping from page to page trying to go from note to booking to dashboard, etc. It would be much easier if we could have a patient account open as a tab and still be able to navigate back to dashboard or booking without closing it out.
