Feature Requests

I feel like this is a crucial feature that the community has made clear would be majorly beneficial.

Several posts are requesting something similar - the ability to filter between notes, intakes, appointments, and journals is very helpful, but it would be nice to have a more robust filtering system. For clients who have weekly, ongoing appointments, the timeline can be cumbersome to scroll through to find important notes, forms, or journal entries. A search feature would help, as well as the ability to "pin" (not to the Pinned Note) certain events in the timeline, like a specific assessment, journal entry, or note. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the option to hide any archived forms, and/or sort through forms in the timeline based on status (complete/pending/archived).

I am noticing half the time that after I put session time in note and lock that IQ is changing it back to the scheduled time. I am then having to go edit the note to put that time in again and then it stays. At other times it isn't changing my session times.

Option for intakeq platform to go into dark mode like clockify has

I would greatly appreciate being able to turn on a dark theme to preserve my eyesight when spending hours on the computer. Everything else has this option these days. Plus, it's a huge help for accessibility reasons when a person can switch the contrast!

It would be great if there was a choice of dark mode or light mode on the display. I see others have asked for this too ... please create that feature! Thanks

It would be helpful to have a one-click download button that allows you to download an _entire_ medical record for a patient/client. The current one-click options do not include downloading everything (e.g. all forms, secure e-messages, notes, files shared). There are circumstances when practices need to share the whole record, and having to download it via multiple clicks to get all the pieces is overly time-consuming.

Have all treatment plan boxes to be full boxes and not running text that we need to run through every time when reviewing tr plan objectives. I would like to see the full context of what I wrote in the objective box.

We need a pdf upload function for forms. The workaround doing as a consent does not offer the same flexibility as forms. The function is there and allowed for consents but why not forms? I have patient teaching pdfs I use in practice. I want to use in my form library to give out during visits but I am not allowed that option and $360 to your dev team to take my pdf upload and source to my profile/folder for forms is too much. It is not technically difficult and does not require a lot of time. Please consider allowing PDF upload function for forms.
