I am OVER having to redo all my notes because it signed me out while actively using the tab. You guys are going to do some major damage, just because you felt like making changes no one can adjust. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP

Please create a new app for Practice Q on the App Store.

It would be great if there was a choice of dark mode or light mode on the display. I see others have asked for this too ... please create that feature! Thanks

PLEASE add an option to remove the "pinned note" from records when we export a client's treatment notes to PDF. The "pinned" note shouldn't be included in exported/released records by default.

It would be so helpful to be able to create/use tabs within patient notes. It is very frustrating to have to scroll up & down to review or edit a particular detail. Moving among tabs would be very helpful - ex. demographics, HPI, Medications, Assessment & vitals, Plan, completed forms/documents, list of appointment history and scheduled appointments..

Can the color of each note be different? Right now all our notes are blue on the timeline which makes it difficult to quickly see the difference between the different types of notes. (Example: a MAR vs a SOAP note)

It is frustrating to spend time to filter the calendar view to make it something usable in a group practice, then to have that all go away if you accidentally close the tab or navigate away. One quick option would be to have a default "open in new tab" for most operations, but having an option to set a personalized view of that calendar that works for people in various functions in the office would be great!

Having the ability to add a client's middle initial/name in the pop-up box when adding a new client would be helpful.

Please make rules for forms editable, so they can be duplicated, or you can drag and drop to order them as needed.

The current way that rules get added to the list is absolute chaos. Can the rules be organized in Question # order so it is easier to figure out where you need to change the rules and places where the conditional logic maybe didn't make sense? Scanning through the whole list or using control F to find key words or numbers is incredibly inefficient.
