I would love it if there was an integration with an AI scribe.
To write notes, prepare scripts, reschedule appointments

Dictation with Punctuation
Please update the dictation feature to be able to recognize punctuation. This would make inputting information into progress notes and other forms easier and more efficient.

AI integration for faster documentation during client visits
An AI scribe with ChatGPT for revisions would be extremely helpful to get notes done more efficiently.

Reminders for Missing Notes
My old EMR sent reminders for visits that did not have notes completed. It would be helpful to be able to see which sessions are missing notes at a glance instead of having to go into each individual chart.

Global Pinned Note Refresh
It would be helpful to be able to delete / refresh all pinned notes at once. Currently, having to manually delete the pinned note in every client chart to then refresh pinned questions is time consuming and requires training the staff in my practice. This adds steps to updating / revising note formats or location information for place of service.

Make Notes more Functional!
It would be FABULOUS if there was a much easier way to "copy forward" components of previous notes into a new note based on the same template. I realize that notes can be "replicated" but that doesn't help much if there's a section I want to complete that I deleted and didn't include in the previous note. I realize that parts of pinned notes can be dragged into in-progress notes but it is an absolute pain to have to then manually move such parts to the location within the note that I want it to appear. I realize that there's a "history" button I can click within some note sections but not all the sections I'd want to copy have the "history" option available (i.e., they're not all text boxes). To simplify using the "pinned notes" option, PracticeQ could make it possible to have the [in-progress] note open alongside pinned notes and thus allow us to drag sections from pinned notes exactly where we want them to appear in our "in-progress" note. It would also be amazing if "questions" on note templates for which we have not selected an answer didn't appear within the "printed" note. This would allow for the use of more items in "mixed control" sections to be utilized (i.e., more compact notes) without needing to enter a response on occasions when all items don't require one.

final product of assessment and progress notes
Please make this professional looking and pleasing to the eye. The current final version font is thick/bolded, reaching close to the margins of the page. Suggest ability to use a selection of fonts. Please take a look at the documents produced in Valant and SmartCare (2 I am familiar with). I consider this issue important as it is the practice's interface with others including clients (when these documents are requested or sent to others, including PCPs and therapists).

blank note
An option for a blank note - no "question numbers" etc, just a blank space to free type a note.
