Feature Requests

We don’t call or use the term Client, can it be replaced with Patient or at least am option to choose from

Tabbed sections in notes instead of having to scroll through the entire note looking for a specific section. Or the ability to jump to different sections within the note without having to scroll through so much.

I would like to have signatures include clinician full name and credentials and NPI number.

I would like to be able to insert on of my forms into my active note - ie a pt tells you the drink a lot during the visit I would like to be able to access my CAGE assessment so that i can do it orally with them and it shows up within the chart. Right now I have to go out of the note make another note and its not part of the actually chart.

Please allow voice recording of sessions that can be transcribed into an intake note, soap note, dap note, treatment plan, etc.. Also create a consent form for the recording that can be sent to the clients.

I would love to be able to pull up a patient note, and see the attached files within the note so I can look at X-rays or other items on my Ipad.

When producing soap notes/letters to send to other providers or insurance, I like how the pt's name prepopulates but it would be very helpful to have their DOB as well. Most insurances or referring offices need to see this. Thanks

Please consider creating the option to color-code tags for notes for appointments based on service provided. For example, for our practice, it would be nice if all of the speech therapy notes were a different color from the occupational therapy notes. Or, provide the ability to filter notes based on service. Thank you!

We don't feel the price of the visit should be relevant in the patient's medical history. Also, the providers in our group practice may not know of each patient's responsibility (ie. sliding scale), so this is highly inaccurate.

Whenever I delete goals that have been mastered, the next note will still have the old goal. It would be much more helpful for the format to continue onto the next note rather than having to manually delete the old goals/duplicates for each new SOAP.
