Ability for snippets (with RTF) to be incorporated into templates - so text boxes are already populated with the desired templates (e.g., mental status exam, physical exam, social history, assessment, plan, etc)

I would love to be able to create snippets that can auto populate placeholders based on information found within the client’s profile and custom fields. For example: name, age, sex, and pronouns.

Would appreciate the ability to have Rich Text format for Snippets. Bold/underline, bullets/numbering, embedding of hyperlinks.

So- you can use Snippets in Notes and in Messages with patients, but the 2 categories do not have the option of importing already existing snippets. Then doubling the work to recreate them between Notes and Messages. In general, I also echo other requests regarding better organization of snippets.

Please add the ability to select more than one snippet at a time!

Be able to organize snippets into custom folders or tabs - this would be a great way for us to be able to store goals and/or a great way to organize snippets for various parts of our forms. Quick phrases - I've used other software systems that allow us to type "." followed by 3-5 letters of a word/phrase/etc. that autopopulates with the sentence(s) we've set as the snippet and hitting enter inputs it for us

Ability to get to the manage snippets from settings and not need to open a chart

Ability for snippets to be edited while still keeping the client chart open. Example, click the "lightening bolt" to add snippet. Then click "manage snippets" - but this should open in a NEW tab or window rather than the same window, kicking you out of the chart/note you are working in.
