Feature Requests

I would love to be able to create snippets that can auto populate placeholders based on information found within the client’s profile and custom fields. For example: name, age, sex, and pronouns.

Please allow the snippets we've created in the treatment note match the snippets in the messages. Please please please. It makes no sense that they don't match. They should be able to sync with each other. Please allow further organization of snippets into subfolders. Only offering A-Z or Z-A organization doesn't make it easy to find what you're looking for. You have to remember what you titled it. Thank you.

Would appreciate the ability to have Rich Text format for Snippets. Bold/underline, bullets/numbering, embedding of hyperlinks.

Make it automatic for all links inserted into RTF to open in another tab without having to check this on every single one.

Be able to organize snippets into custom folders or tabs - this would be a great way for us to be able to store goals and/or a great way to organize snippets for various parts of our forms. Quick phrases - I've used other software systems that allow us to type "." followed by 3-5 letters of a word/phrase/etc. that autopopulates with the sentence(s) we've set as the snippet and hitting enter inputs it for us

Right now you can only add one snippet and then the modal window closes. There should be an option to keep that window open to allow us to keep selecting additional snippets, and then manually close the window when we're done.

Categories to better manage snippets

Please make it so we can add a snippet where we place the cursor in a text box rather than at the end requiring cutting and pasting to put it in the correct position.

Please add the ability to select more than one snippet at a time!

The ability to copy and paste images in snippets would be very helpful.
