Feature Requests

It would be great to have a call log button to add new patient inquiries ( name, date, email, phone number, any other info , an area for In progress/ scheduled, did not schedule etc ) Currently I use an excel sheet and it would be nice to have something like this all in the same system.

Our RN would like to be able to see both our NP's provider queues. Just a running list of all pending prescriptions that they have not yet approved. This way she will be able to remind them without keeping a list of all meds she sends and so she doesn't have to keep checking each individual patient's chart to see if its been approved yet.

I would like to have the option to select colors for each form, and this colors to be displayed as a label color on the dashboard on the left or the right side of the form. This would be easy easier for us to find the forms based on the colors instead of reading the forms names. Please see the attached screenshot to understand where exactly I would like to have these colors.

I would like to see a map of all clients based on their home location with the ability to filter by things such as procedures or services booked. This will allow us to refine our targeted marketing such as Google Ads for locations that produce clients with higher surgical booking intention.

A widget that showed any emails that were not successfully delivered (ie bounced). This is usually because of a typo, but we might not be aware of the issue.

Right after an appointment, the appointment drops off the "Upcoming Appointments" widget on the dashboard. Quite often I need quick access to appointments from earlier in the day to finish charting or submit a claim, etc.. I would love for the day's appointments to stay on the dashboard somehow (like in a new "Today's Appointments" widget)

I'm not sure if this has been suggested or not, but I would love to have something like sticky notes to add to my notes, that can be accessible via the booking calendar or in their chart. I know that we can add notes to the appointments, and that we are able to pin a note in their chart, but I would really like something that looks like sticky notes, that I could potentially color code, remove and add as needed.

If you click "view" next to a client`s name in the "Unlocked Notes" widget, it will bring you to either the school/work absence note or the disclosure log. With these names being on the list, it makes the unlocked notes list very long since you have to sort between absence excuses, disclosure logs and the actual unlocked notes that need to be completed. It would be nice if there were better filtering options to "hide" anything that is not an actual unlocked note.

It would be great to be able to flip back to the dashboard quickly from any page. Could you put an icon at the top of the work pages? Thanks.
