Feature Requests

I've been on the phone with several elderly patients who have difficulty filling out the intake form. I try talking them through adding a photo of their ID/insurance, but they can't do it, and therefore can't submit the form. I would like a way to add a photo FOR them, and/or a way to authorize the submittal of a form that is lacking a photo.

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to send forms to multiple email addresses within a client profile (e.g., when a client has a guardian, be able to send a release to both the guardian and the client).

Can we have the ability to keep a rule but just move what order they are shown when reviewing all the rules that apply to a form?

We do not like consent notifications being emails to all of the staff. There must be a way to turn this off for assistants and only go to administrators.

I see teenagers and adults. Once someone turns 18, it's best practices for me to have them sign their own adult version of consent forms, and move their parent(s)/ guardian(s) to a release of information basis that client will sign. It would be helpful to have that flagged for when that happens.

I would like there to be a feature where you can set forms to automatically be resent if it is not completed in a certain amount of time.

Is there not a way to send multiple forms at one time to a patient
