Feature Requests

Please add an option to allow us to send the same form to multiple clients at once (e.g., notice of fee increases, forms with client signatures that must be re-signed annually like auth to bill their insurance)

An undo button would be GREATLY appreciated under forms as well as the ability to modify once 'insert form' has been completed (instead of needing to redo the entire section if you want to add/subtract). An undo button would also be great under notes as I have accidentally deleted an entire note section.

In creating forms you can add [ClientName] and it will automatically fill the client name out but there is not [InsertDate] or [TodaysDate] option to have it automatically fill in the date. Specifically this was for a school excusal note to be in PT and classically the date is required. It makes it to wear you have to update the form before you send it out each time which is time consuming and unnecessary really Thank you for your help and consideration Jill Stephenson PT, DPT

Would love to have a dark mode option. I spend all day at a computer and would love for Intake Q to have that option as well.

Fix Matrix Glitch - if you had the first row header set to 1, 2, 3 - when you use "delete unused rows" feature ... it changes all the row headers back to 1 and you can't renumber, so now the matrix is incorrectly numbered. TY!

On the forms there should be a calculation feature. For example questions 1-5 have 4 options and each has a numerical value we should be able to calculate a score. Such as the formulas in the website medcalc.com

I would like there to be a feature where you can set forms to automatically be resent if it is not completed in a certain amount of time.

I'm trying to auto populate my EHR from the data in one of my intake consent forms

The columns in PDF are limited to 3, as well as font size being difficult to change. Would love if there were more options to edit the format to make things fit into a single page.
