Feature Requests

Please add the ability to set expiration dates on consents, agreements, & other documents. Including visual alerts & task generation when expiration dates approach would also be very helpful. Many forms (controlled substance agreements, HIPAA, financial consents, etc.) are signed at different times & manual tracking is time consuming. This feature would: -Allow users to set expiration by signature date or fixed calendar dates. -Show visual alerts for expired or soon-to-expire docs. -Auto-generate tasks to f/u. -Display document status in pt chart for quick reference

We often have clients fill out forms incorrectly. Rather than having them re-complete the entire form, it would be great if we could resend the forms they submitted and be able to mark the areas that need to be edited.

Please add additional options for form reminder emails/SMS. It would be very helpful to have an option to send a reminder email/SMS, for example, every day or every 2 days, until the form is submitted by the recipient. As it stands, we're only able to send a single form reminder xx days after the form is originally sent.

We would like to request a feature that automatically sends clients a copy of the consent form they sign, just as we receive the signed version. Currently, we get a notification and a copy of the signed form, but the client does not. Although we can manually download and email the document, we believe it would be more efficient and user-friendly if the system automatically sent them a copy after signature. Thank you for considering this!

We would like to suggest a feature that allows information entered in one form to automatically populate a specific question in another form. For example, we would like the answer to Question #22 in an initial intake form to be transferred to another form that the patient completes later with the doctor. This would help avoid asking the same question twice and improve workflow efficiency. Thank you for considering this!

Ability to create logic that allows you to determine how often a form either questionnaire or consent form should be updated by a patient. Every 2 years starting date for example. Doctors that opt out of Medicare must have a patient sign a Medicare opt out every 2 years. Logic allowing us to set these rules and then on the client page list missing forms allowing a checkbox if patient manually completed the form in office then we add the signature date to reset the trigger. Also when you add their name in the set appt dialogue box, a pop up lets you know what consent forms they are missing.

On the welcome page that autopopulates when clients navigate to our intake- please create the form to have 2 form fields- 1 for LAST NAME and 1 for FIRST NAME instead of a single "Client NAME" field

I would like there to be a feature where you can set forms to automatically be resent if it is not completed in a certain amount of time.
