It would great if, when we go to add consent forms to our main intake questionnaire, the forms could be categorized in folders OR you can specify and easily change the order you want the forms to be attached to the questionnaire. Right now, when you go to add the consent forms, it just lists ALL of the forms you've ever made to choose from. And, if you want to make a change to one of the forms and re-add it to the questionnaire, you have to go back and unclick all of the attached forms and re-click the forms so they attach in your preferred order.
