Be able to send one consent form to both parents so either can complete and both can sign

Is there not a way to send multiple forms at one time to a patient

I would like there to be a feature where you can set forms to automatically be resent if it is not completed in a certain amount of time.

It would be really helpful to see what I am sending in this window. When sending several forms - that aren't already bundled together

When creating a consent form and adding text boxes, checkboxes, or anything in the "Fields" for clients to fill out, I’ve noticed that the sizes needs to be adjusted each time. It would be helpful if there were an option to set a consistent size all elements by default, which would make the process convenient.

it would be great to have the ability to undo a mark on a drawing or have it redone with the click of a button. Currently, the only option is to reset and it completely wiped clean everything and start from scratch, but you have the ability to go back one step at a time would be so much more useful.

Stop sending duplicate consents to those who have already completed on previous visits. I have checked that these forms not be sent automatically of the client has filled out previously but the system still sends every visit.

As a supervisor who is required to sign off on my trainees' notes, I'd like a feature that allows us to select which signature on a form/note locks it. I do A LOT of unlocking of notes to review my trainees' documentation and sign myself, but it would be nice to just keep the note open until I officially sign it. I could keep better track of documentation too! This also speaks to the need for dual roles in Provider Management (maybe?) and additional automation options for Processes for which I've left feedback elsewhere.

Add the ability to map from a form to the new "Contacts" section of the client profile.
