Allow clients to direct message specific providers on the portal

This will be a great feature. Instead of clients messaging the "portal' they can select which assigned provider their case they are able to send direct message.

This is a feature we have requested for some time!

We love the idea of a client being able to select "All", choose an assigned Admin staff member (i.e. Billing, Case Management), or one of their assigned Clinicians. These messages should still be viewable by the primary Admin account (for security monitoring purposes), but gives the client some semblance of privacy and control over who they're communicating with at any given time.
