Feature Requests

When adding a new practitioner to an admin account, it would be nice to have the ability to add their NPI and License #. Currently, admin doesn't have that ability which means that the practitioner has to go into their account and do it. When I add a practitioner, I already know this information and it would be a simple fix.

I've got a 2nd practitioner who is now the practice manager and I can not give her all the permissions she needs to be able to change, add and update our appointment types and settings. It seems only my original super admin/practitioner account has access or I cold make her a 2nd Admin account to give her some of these permissions. To grow and scale I need to be able to hand off some of the management of the account and other team members to another "practitioner" and not just an "admin" role.

The ability to assign specific providers to be supervised LIKE the admin accounts can have specific providers assigned to manage.

Adding Schedule Feature to practitioner/clinician account-Can the scheduling feature be added so the practioner is able to set their own price schedule.

Requesting a feature for individual therapists to be able to pull weekly claims that are created. This way they can double check their paycheck hours and ensure all claims are being paid out correctly.

When we assign our clients to their clinician via the "Access control" feature, we still see practitioners that have been disabled and are no longer working with us. There should be a way to remove them from this list (or have it automatically remove them once they have been deactivated). Thank you.

I'd like the option to make some or all services apply to all providers, including new ones that are added to our practice. Right now, we have to go into booking details/ services and manually add the new provider to each service.

I am running out of options so we can differentiate between the different providers in my practice. In general, we should be able to choose more colors for providers, tags, and service types. It should be fairly easy to code for the color picker based on hex#. Thank you.

Currently, to add a service to a provider, I have to go into each individual service and click their name. Imagine if I had 100 services how difficult this would be. It would be much easier if I could add each service to a provider when adding the provider to Intake Q.

Need Admin to be able to reset password. We fired a practitioner and we could not disable them. If we did all appointments were lost. As an admin I wanted to reset her password so she couldnt sign in while we called and rescheduled everyone. I went into her account, but her double verification went to her. And she did not respond (understandly) . Admin needs a way to change passwords or have the option to disable accts without taking away appts.
