Feature Requests

Whenever a practitioner is added to a practice, any form or note that requires a practitioner’s signature needs to be updated individually. We need a question type that will allow for a practitioner dropdown that automatically adds the new practitioner name, license, and NPI to the list without needing to edit each individual form.

Please move the CLOSE NOTE feature as those of us that have been using this a long time are constantly closing the note rather than emailing it. Whoever decided to put it there does not understand they are totally disturbing everyone's work flow and this is inefficient and very annoying addition that I don't even understand why it exists at all. Please just remove it completely from my portal it is a giant waste of my time and totally unnecessary other than to constantly annoy me.

Hi, I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the appearance of the treatment notes in their printed form. Can you all create a way to create a custom layout for treatment notes when they are generated to a pdf? I would imagine it being drag and drop fields, like the dashboard view, and the form answers can pull into those spaces. Giving us the ability to create simple lines or boxes to help separate them would be extra great!

It would be great if there was a way to automatically alphabetize the practitioners. We have over 70 practitioners and when adding them to services/locations/roles/etc it would be so much easier and effective if their names were alphabetized!

We are only allowed to have 1 system administrator, which can make it difficult to operate when they are out. It would be nice to be able to have multiple system admins, so that their is a bit of a safety net.

It would be great to have the ability to manage all provider schedule availability and adjust as needed as well as see times they have opened on their schedule

I would like to ability to move or delete disabled providers. Providers that have left the practice I would like to move them down the list in reports and such so they aren't mixed in with active staff

Admin need the ability to update passwords, unlock accounts, and modify users within IntakeQ. Every other EHR program has this ability. Right now the only way to do so is to get the clinician's login information and PW.

My Medical assistant should be allowed to go into prescription and download all medications to patients chart. It o my allows me as a prover to do this.
