This is really inconvenient to have to scroll down every single time I come into the calendar when it goes past the first week of the month. It would be really useful if when going into Bookings, it defaults to be at the current week.

Would love an automated super bill feature

I need a way to either email or portal message all clients BUT if they’re not signed up for the portal (which honestly, if they filled out an intake form it should be automatic) — it will invite them to do so!

We often have clients fill out forms incorrectly. Rather than having them re-complete the entire form, it would be great if we could resend the forms they submitted and be able to mark the areas that need to be edited.

I agree with the multiple threads of comments here that there should be an easier way to do letters in PracticeQ, using your practice's letterhead. When you create a note template to send a letter, the final "print" appearance does not look like a professional letter from a healthcare office (no letter head, limited font selections, etc). All EMRs I've worked with in the past decade have a way you can write a freetext letter, on your organization's letterhead, within the EMR. To get a professional appearance for a letter using PracticeQ, I would have to write a letter in Word on my computer, save it as a PDF, and then re-upload it to the patient's record to share it with them or have it linked to their EMR record. This is clunky and time consuming.

I’d like to propose that the 3% credit card processing fee we incur be added to patient invoices, as this is now a standard practice across many businesses. As it stands, this is not possible without a blanket “sales tax” which shouldn’t apply if someone is using debit/HSA/FSA or ACH withdrawal. This would help offset costs.

Please add the ability to set expiration dates on consents, agreements, & other documents. Including visual alerts & task generation when expiration dates approach would also be very helpful. Many forms (controlled substance agreements, HIPAA, financial consents, etc.) are signed at different times & manual tracking is time consuming. This feature would: -Allow users to set expiration by signature date or fixed calendar dates. -Show visual alerts for expired or soon-to-expire docs. -Auto-generate tasks to f/u. -Display document status in pt chart for quick reference

All icd10 codes are the same. Why would you require every practitioner that uses your system to import these? It would be great to have this incorporated into the system please consider?

There should be a way to run a report with a list of clients who had an appointment but dont have a follow-up scheduled so that practioners can follow-up with clients who have dropped off
