I am writing to request a new feature that would allow insurance eligibility and benefits verification directly within PracticeQ. Currently, we must verify patient coverage through individual insurance portals and then manually enter all eligibility and benefits information into the system. This process is time-consuming and increases the risk of manual entry errors. An integrated eligibility and benefits verification tool—either built-in or through clearinghouse integration—would greatly improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity. Ideally, this feature would allow us to: Verify active coverage in real time View detailed benefits (copay, deductible, coinsurance, out-of-pocket, authorization requirements) Automatically populate verified information into the patient’s profile This enhancement would significantly streamline front-office operations and reduce administrative workload for practices like ours. Tabbed sections in notes instead of having to scroll through the entire note looking for a specific section. Or the ability to jump to different sections within the note without having to scroll through so much.

Hello, I'd like to request a waitlist feature, which allows patients to add their name to a waitlist should an earlier appointment become availlable.

I know this has been asked multiple times but... Can we get a feature that after the note is finished (locked and signed) that the appointment changes a color, this would make it easier to know what charts are done. Would also help for creating claims when the note is finished I wont have to go into each note to see if it has been signed if the appointment is changed to a different color. I have to spend extra time at the end of the day reopening the session note on each pt to be sure it's finished. Once the note is signed and locked the color should be changed, most EHR systems do this (at least the ones i have worked with in the past)

Have the insurance card image right in the insurance section.

I transitioned from SimplePractice, while your platform is more affordable, there's some sticker shock with the integrations. For instance, Heidi. I think you picked one of the most expensive options. In some cases, it's more than 6 times the price of others. It's twice the price of SP's AI Notetaker.

It would be very helpful to have a notification when a current client turns 18 or is about to turn 18. We need them to complete new paperwork when they become a legal adult, and sometimes our practitioners miss this step or detail if the client isn't meeting consistently. An alert sent to our practitioners would be helpful! Espeically since we have a large team, it can fall through the cracks.

After we invite a client to the portal but before the client actually registers for the portal, the "Messages" tab in their file still says "Client Not Invited." Please fix that status message in those situations to make it clear that the client has been invited but just has not registered for the portal yet, in order to help us avoid sending duplicate invitations.

It would be helpful if the income report would give more detail without having to download a CSV file. (Cash, credit, check, insurance payments.)
