Could Blocked Times have different colors for different reasons of being blocked. Example: Blocked time for paperwork one color, blocked time for travel another color, and so on.

ICD 1O AND PROCEDURE CODEs
We desperately need PracticeQ to link ICD 10 codes and procedure codes to make it searchable so it will be easier to add diagnoses to notes. Please help CHINYERE NEBO

Allow clients to direct message specific providers on the portal
This will be a great feature. Instead of clients messaging the "portal' they can select which assigned provider their case they are able to send direct message.

Note template tied to service
It would be great to have the ability to assign a note template to default for a particular service type. For instance, when we add note instead of having the first note template pop up and having to go into the drop down to change it we were able to assign a template to be the one to pop up for that particular service and then if we wanted to then go in a change it we could. This would save quite a bit of time for our office.

Drop off tracker
To be able to create a list of patients who do not have any further visits scheduled. Would be extra helpful to have the option to sort this as patients seen in last 30 days or 60 days or some other time frames that do not have more visits scheduled (6 or 12 months too?) This would help a big help for creating a list to have our clinicians and/or front desk call to follow up.

AUTO RESPONDER When patient responds to portal emails
An automatic autoresponder should go out to patients so they know they cannot respond to emails from scheduling and this is not a good way to cancel their appt with a spam email folder nobody in our office ever checks or looks at.

supervisory workflow
all other EHR (therapynotes, simplepractice, sessionshealth, jane, therapyiq) have a feature where supervisors can send notes back and forth with requests for changes which is on both of their dashboards

Default note type by service
It would be great to be able to set a default note type per service. Like a typical session I'd like it to default to my progress note, an intake it would default to my intake note.

Sticky note
When you open a chart, a sticky note "pops up" as a quick alert or notification for the provider to know immediately in case there is a concern.
