Feature Requests

Ex: ability to send bulk email to everyone one week before provider vacation or ability to email everyone with updated rates on set day (not tied to before or after appointment). I would prefer to do this instead of bulk message so that families can easily refer back to email.

Would like the ability to schedule-send portal messages

Make an option so that the client will still get the appointment reminder but is not able to cancel their appointment without calling the office. Or at least when they do cancel from their appointment reminders make sure the appointment cancellation specifies that they did not call in to cancel.

Need to ability to set an annual E-mail that goes out (Not Birthday). For annual prescreening of insurance, etc.

Mobile App for Patient Portal

Pinned note must automatically update if the question/choices are modified in the form template, in order for it to stay relevant, consistent and current with the associated template.

We used to be able to find them if we removed all the ()- symbols, but now it won't pull them up at all, even if it is the phone number associated with the account. It's really inconvenient!!! (And letting the phone number still be found with -- involved would be nice too!)

The provider would like to see 'Patient' instead of 'Client' listed.
