Remove expired credit cards automatically upon expiry & automatically send the client a notice when their card on file needs to be replaced.

It is so frustrating duplicate patients keep getting created. I think this can be reduced by allowing the patient to ONLY login by phone number and not by e-mail. I noticed a duplicate patient was created because the patient used 2 different emails to login. Even if there is typo in the email, then another patient is created. I merge them together and then another one is made! Forms get saved in both profiles and this is getting very frustrating!

Have the comments listed in chronological order from most recent/earliest to latest in the clients chart so you don’t have to scroll all the way down.

As soon as the client's appointment is confirmed there should be an option to send an invitation to the patient portal.

We've been clients for over 2 years and have yet to see a single release fixing any of these bugs or feature enhancements. What good is to to vote on these and they literally are never addressed? There needs to be quarterly meetings with your clients to inform us what is going on with the platform, what will be addressed and what a release will contain. There are several large outstanding items that are beginning to pile up that are starting to make the platform painful.

I am out of colors! I color code appointments and there is not enough differences in what we already have and they are ugly and make the chart look unprofessional. Most EMRs give you the whole color wheel to choose your own with many variations. PLUS my google calendar comes in as blue which (because of no real options blends in sometimes) I know this has been asked a million time because it is REALLY IMPORTANT to our work flow and honestly it can leak over to patient care.

It would be nice to have a start and end time for insurance. If someone gets insurance who didn't have it before. It dries a great claims for all the appointments before insurance started. Also, it'd be nice to archive the insurance for future reference

I am OVER having to redo all my notes because it signed me out while actively using the tab. You guys are going to do some major damage, just because you felt like making changes no one can adjust. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP

By law we must have approval to save cards on file. We get this at the beginning during intake. But if that card expires or they add a new card to pay a bill that card also gets saved. But with out their knowledge it is getting saved. Not sure how this can change but a disclaimer should be there that all cards get saved. I made a note in the disclaimer saying all cards will be saved and patients can manage there cards filled. But would be nice if we could capture a check box or something when the update it out make a new payment
