sometimes i still need to send in a prescription or do something for a patient, so i would keep my note/chart open, and then see someone else, thus remembering to finish my notes on all these people, or easily able to click between them for being caught up. it feels impossible that everything has to be closed in order to look at my calender and to message someone. if the tabs could stay open for multiple patients across the top while i respond to a message or see someone else or look at my calendar, it would be TREMENDOUSLY helpful. it's killing me not having that like we did w/our old system. thanks!

When you open a chart, a sticky note "pops up" as a quick alert or notification for the provider to know immediately in case there is a concern.

I would like to be able to click on the calendar and put block off a spot vs having to navigate it through the block time button

Please keep canceled sessions in the calendar and cross them out or something to indicate that they are canceled. Right now, I think I have sessions at 9a, 10a, 11a...then, I get ready for the session and it's just gone. If I don't remember which client was scheduled and then canceled - I have no idea who was in my calendar/who canceled.

Click and drag would be awesome, as of right now if I want them in a particular order, I have to un-add then re-add them in the order we want. This would be nice for our providers when we have many tags for a patient, but we only need the provider to pay attention to the first few etc. Even if click and drag doesn't work, maybe tag order could be rearranged when in "edit" mode on a patient's overview? Please please please!

When I make appointments, I typically receive the option to add it to my calendar. It would be great if that option was offered to IntakeQ patients/clients, as well.

It would be super helpful to be able to fax both Documents (i.e. clinic notes) AND Files (i.e. documents uploaded to the pt chart and saved into their files) simultaneously. There are many instances where a file needs to be faxed with multiple clinic notes attached and at this time, we have to send them separately, which often results in delays because the recipient received 2 different faxes and has to find them and match them together. Please note-- I know that you can "attach" a file to a note, but when you fax the note (document), it only shows that there IS an attachment, not the attachment itself, which is basically useless for faxing purposes.

Please code the time tables so when we enter times minutes are automatically calculated so we can ensure we are coding the correct amount of units without having to double/triple check. Thanks!

It would be amazing if the SMS appointment reminders came from our phone number. Please are always replying to them thinking we can respond.
