Feature Requests

We have appointments set up so that when the intake form is complete then, it approves the appointment requests. However. is there a way to automatically decline an appointment requests if intake form is not complete within 48 hours? In this case, we would like it to be setup where it automatically sends a message to the patient why the appointment was declined along with how to reschedule.

A way to send a bulk email. Not all patients connect to the portal. A way to send bulk emails about important things happening with the practice.

When on the calendar page, or on the Dashboard page, clicking on a patient's name (or questionnaire link, or to the messaging bubble, etc) should open that selection in a new tab--so you don't lose the original page you're working from. Also, PLEASE NAME THE TABS according to what's displayed--eg. IntakeQ Calendar (or Bookings, if you prefer), IntakeQ Dashboard, etc.

Please keep cancelled appointments on the calendar with a line through them - the way they show for missed appts.

Can you make a waitlist feature?

Ability to have Rich text format snippets. I would like to be able to add bulleted lists, bolded words, etc

We've accidentally dragged an appointment slot from one place to another in the Team Calendar view -- and to our horror there wasn't a confirmation dialog asking us to confirm the change! This has messed up our schedule multiple times. On top of it all, it's unclear to me if the patient gets an updated notification or not. This is unfortunately confusing!

I'd appreciate the ability to "pencil in" a client on the calendar, allowing their appointment to be held pending confirmation and/or completion of necessary paperwork. It would be helpful if the appointment could automatically be removed if it isn’t confirmed by the scheduler or client within 48 hours. This feature would be particularly useful for managing spots when a client inquires about availability but needs some time to confirm or complete their paperwork.

I would like to be able to categorize and colour code the type of time blocking so I can easily place it in the calendar to schedule things like lengthy report writing and other clinic activities as well as out of office activities.

There are so many families where both parents do not live together and BOTH parents need to be a part of the child's care. That includes the ability for the doctor and admin to send messages to both parents. Please consider allowing both parents to be a part of the child's care.
