I would like to delete other team member's messages. Can you add this function to internal messaging?

Looking for a way to let a staff member know we have read each other's portal direct/group messages. Instead of needing to comment yes to each one. A "like" button perhaps

Turn OFF messaging channels notifcations as this is distracting and annoying during patient appointments and I will check my messages when I want to and not whenever the little annoying stupid red thing shows up making me wonder what the latest emergency has happened and now I cannot even concentrate on my appointments while I am trying to send them documents and labslips. Very distracting and unhelpful feature for some of us with ADHD. I already tried to do this with what you offer and it still keeps updating me when I do not want to receive distracting and annoying constant updates from my assistants. I will check the messages in AM/PM

I would love if we had a sound effect for when a message comes through the team chat instead of just the "1" icon telling me there is a new message. I tend to not notice the message alert since it doesn't make a sound.

A HIPAA compliant chat app with push notifications. Patients have been complaining not receiving notifications when they receive messages from us.

The ability to direct message between the provider team via and app (i.e. ability to perform HIPPA compliant text messaging). At the very least, a text notification when someone messages within the platform

Need status of employees similar to teams if they are away, busy, active or off online.
