Are there audible notification alerts for team messaging? I think that option would be helpful.
Sometimes my technician is busy and may not see my messages to her. It would be helpful to have some type of optional sound notification for team messages. Thanks!

A Chat App with Push Notifications for Provider, staff, and patients.
A HIPAA compliant chat app with push notifications. Patients have been complaining not receiving notifications when they receive messages from us.

Flags for follow up
It would be fantastic if there could be flags within team messaging to remind us to follow up on needed items.

Messaging - better way to track unread
A better way of tracking messages so they don't go missed. Often times if I send the same team member 2-3 messages I have to always write "don't forget to read the messages above" because once you open it it marks everything as read

Ability to respond specifically to a message - like in iMessage or What'sApp so it cam be confirmed completed.

Be able to search key words or terms in direct and group messages with staff so that you can find information from past messages more easily.

Team Messaging Organization / Archival
Currently team messaging only has Groups and Direct Messaging in the view Adding an archive option would be really helpful for 1) threads that are no longer relevant 2) admin / clinicians / other users that are no longer with the practice 3) other scenarios other users may encounter Right now you can only delete threads to clean things up without the ability to archive or print / export the thread in full.

recover internal messaging
I would like the option to recover a deleted internal message. I deleted the wrong group message and have no way to recover the messages. The client messages can be recovered, why not do the same for the internal messaging?
