Having our team be notified of team messagins.

I don't know enough about the processes involved to know if this requires an app- but it would be amazing to receive push notifications for intra-office messaging so I know when staff need something without logging in to check multiple times per day. Thank you for continuing to grow, improve, and develop this system for all of us!

In group messaging, it would be helpful to @mention a specific person and have notifications based on those mentions. Currently if you have many people in a group message, the information may not be pertinent to all members. This would help with that.

We use the internal messaging to communicate about updates or changes that have been made for a patient. It would be great if we had the ability to add the link to the patient file that we are referencing so that all parties can quickly navigate to the correct patient file. Just like we can upload a document, add the option to link a patient's file to that particular message.

Have the ability to acknowledge a message as received and understood in Internal Messaging by adding basic emoji replies (like Outlook has)... especially "thumbs up"

As an administrator, I am aware of several team channels that have been created that I am unable to see or otherwise access without finding the person who made them and asking that I be added. This is an issue not only for moderation of these channels but also for getting newly onboarded people added to the channels they need.

Be able to search key words or terms in direct and group messages with staff so that you can find information from past messages more easily.

It would be fantastic if there could be flags within team messaging to remind us to follow up on needed items.

please add the ability to tag or flag a message as high or urgent in team messaging

Sometimes my technician is busy and may not see my messages to her. It would be helpful to have some type of optional sound notification for team messages. Thanks!
