Feature Requests

It would be beneficial if the patient could access the Telehealth URL and Invitation Code in the same screen as check-in. I'm referring to when the check in link is text to the patient. If this feature is already available and I've overlooked it, please advise. Thanks!

It would be great to have a future that allowed virtual clinical interns to log on to telehealth from a different computer to shadow clinicians appointments...or to be observed for evaluation.

I'd love to be able to enable telehealth at the location level instead of the service level so that we don't have to create separate service listings. Our services list is incredibly cluttered with listings like this: "Individual Therapy - Virtual - 60 mins" "IT - Virtual - 90 mins" "IT - In person - 60 mins" "IT - In Person - 90 mins." And we have multiple service types so multiply this out by 4 services, say, and that's 16 listings. Would need to make it so the virtual appts have the appropriate modifier for insurance.

When a patient joins a telehealth appointment before the provider - they need to click something to initiate the visit. If they are doing something on their phone or computer, or walk away - they have no idea the provider is waiting for them. If they got a "ding" or some type of sound alert on their end it would be helpful

Being able to enable telehealth for individual sessions instead of having to set an entire service as telehealth. Ex: it is quite often that some of my patients (due to weather, or scheduling) will having to switch to a teletherapy session instead of in person, however, currently we have to enable telehealth for all appointments of that service type. Perhaps making it an override feature to enable telehealth for individual sessions. This way we can clearly differentiate which sessions are actually meant to be telehealth and which sessions are in person.

The majority of our appointments are telehealth, and the staff has no way of knowing when patients have just checked in, or clicked their telehealth link. It would help us get more patients online for their appointments and providers would not have to tell us when patients are not on. Would greatly enhance our work flow.
