Can we add a feature to allow users to add a background during telehealth visits? Thank you!

I would like to be able to have emails and texts as appointment reminders for patients. Some patients prefer the text reminder, but want to get the video link in their email to use their desktop or tablet for the video call.

Make an option that prevents clients for logging into a telehealth appointment if they have a form (e.g., a screener, insurance confirmation, consent form) that hasn't been submitted. Add a setting to forms that allows users to specify if a given form should be subject to this rule/option.

Be able to turn off messages sent during video call from automatically ending up in portal messaging.

It would be much more natural if we were able to have the provider and the clients video side by side instead of the client occupying the larger video and provider having the smaller video. Zoom has this feature.

blur background

Have the option to either blur your background or change the background scene in IntakeQs featured telehealth appointments.

Can we please have options for backgrounds? I think most other platforms have this option and it would be helpful in intakeQ.

We need the capability to share audio in addition to simply sharing our screen. We play an educational video during our consultations that has audio... This is something we can do through the Zoom integration but would be amazing if we could do it through the platform. (also... a Record button similar to zoom would be awesome so we can capture video testimonials with our patients/clients)

The majority of our appointments are telehealth, and the staff has no way of knowing when patients have just checked in, or clicked their telehealth link. It would help us get more patients online for their appointments and providers would not have to tell us when patients are not on. Would greatly enhance our work flow.
