Feature Requests

It would be extremely helpful as the director of operations for me to be able to run reports to see what tasks are assigned to my teams. Unfortunately at this time I have no visibility to the tasks they have pending and the aging associated. I need to be able to manage workloads and set expectations for turnaround times, and currenlty there is no way for me to do that as I have no visibility to the sum of their tasks.

In the "relevant task" window on the dash board, it would be nice if there was a button to assign a new task that would let you assign to a staff member and attach a patient if needed. It would let front desk staff notify back office of phone calls or other patient encounters with out the need of going into a patient chart. It would also allow managers the ability to assign office related (not patient centered) tasks.

Please allow the Process -> Template bar to be organizable. Collapsable processes would be idea, but even drag and drop would be helpful. I would like for related Processes to be next to each other. I use this for both automation and to help people remember the steps of certain administrative tasks.

There is currently only one way to view, edit and add vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, pulse ox, weight, BMI) and that is through scriptsure and requires about 4 clicks. It would be nice to have something withing intakeq where vital signs can be easily viewed, added or edited.

I am reaching out to inquire about a possible modification in PracticeQ that would help us streamline our lab services through RUPA integration. Specifically, we are interested in automating task creation within PracticeQ under two conditions: When an order requisition is ready in RUPA – this would alert our Front Desk Administrator. When lab results are finalized – this would notify the ordering physician. Implementing these automated triggers would greatly enhance our workflow, ensuring that our team receives timely updates and notifications to efficiently schedule patient appointments for blood draws.

Have tasks be recurring so you can update patient info/ upload new forms if needed

Make it so that a task can be repeated, like weekly/monthly etc

Add the name of the person writing the task, like the comment section of the client file.

Currently there are not many options for tasks that are autogenerated. I would like to have tasks created for the following: --Incoming faxes: assign document to patient --Messages: reply to patient --Appointment request: confirm appt. and send intake/consent forms
