Feature Requests

I’d love the ability to filter tasks by category—for example, when setting up a task, it could be tagged as related to insurance, patient care, balance, claims, action needed, etc. This would make it much easier to manage and prioritize tasks based on their nature. Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful to filter tasks by days of the week, with headers like: Due Today Due Tomorrow Monday Tuesday Wednesday, etc. This kind of layout would make it much easier to visually scan and understand what’s coming up. Tasks are becoming overwhelming, so anything that helps organize them better would be greatly appreciated!

Ability to have task templates for those reoccurring tasks that are not associated with something like a note being locked, or other trigger.

Currently there are not many options for tasks that are autogenerated. I would like to have tasks created for the following: --Incoming faxes: assign document to patient --Messages: reply to patient --Appointment request: confirm appt. and send intake/consent forms

I enjoy the processes but sometimes don't need to go all the way through the process and would like to be able to bulk delete tasks instead of deleting individually.

I finish at least a hundred tasks every 1-2 days, I need the ability to select multiple tasks and delete all at the same time instantly vs. just deleting 1 task at the time.

It would be nice to have a feature to add a task once a client has completed a specific form. This could be done manually to notify a specific person by creating a task for them once a form (like a ROI) has been completed.

Would love an automation trigger that was initiated when a certain tag is added to a patient chart (eg. lab order sent) or when the note lab order is sent to a client so that someone is tasked with follow up.

It would be great to be able to assign a task to multiple people or create groups to assign tasks to.

can the Assigned to: drop down, automatically go to the provider who has ownership of that patient that the task is being made for?
