It would be nice to switch to a timestamp on Task Comments rather than it just stating '4 days ago' or something similar. I was preparing a letter documenting multiple calls to an insurance company, and vague comments like '4 months ago' just didn't cut it.

There are several ways to set up process triggers, but our office would really appreciate more event-based triggers. For example, if we could set up an automatic process that is triggered by a specific date, rather than by an appointment occurring.

Automatically remove tasks once they are completed rather than having to manually find every one that has been completed since it was added to the list.

right now when you mark a task as complete, the task disappears. i'd like it to go to a "completed" tab so we can review progress made. a task can still be deleted if you truly want it removed permanently.

I have to scroll thru the tasks every day to see if any of my patients have tasks pending. It would be nice to have some kind of notification when bringing up a client that a task is pending.

Having the ability to set tasks on a recurring basis would be incredibly useful.

Description: We’d like to request a feature that automates Good Faith Estimate (GFE) compliance for self-pay clients in IntakeQ, helping practices stay aligned with the No Surprises Act while minimizing manual admin work. Feature Proposal: Automatic Task Creation If a self-pay client does not have a GFE completed within the last 12 months, IntakeQ should automatically create a task or reminder for staff. The task should only apply to active (non-archived) clients to prevent clutter. Ideally, admins could customize the timing (e.g., annual or biannual check) and assign it to specific staff roles. Quarterly Compliance Audit IntakeQ should generate a quarterly audit report listing all active self-pay clients without a current GFE on file. The report could automatically go to designated admins or users with the proper permission level. It should include: Client name Assigned clinician Date of last GFE Client status (active/inactive) GFE Form Enhancement – Auto Calculations Within the GFE template, it would be extremely helpful if IntakeQ automatically calculated and displayed projected costs for 1, 4, 8, and 12 sessions based on the clinician’s fee. This would save time, improve accuracy, and align with client expectations for transparent cost information without requiring manual math or multiple document edits. Why This Matters: This feature would make it much easier for practices to stay compliant, reduce the risk of oversight, and cut down significantly on manual auditing or spreadsheet tracking. It would also standardize GFE communication across clinicians while improving the client experience with clear, automated cost estimates.

Tasking in PracticeQ is pretty good, but it's basic. I would love to see more robust features, like tasking groups, more robust task automation based on events, etc.

when selecting a date for task Due Date, the time section does not populate for the due date selected. can this be done to where the time date is synced with the due date choses?

Would be so helpful to be able to create a task right from inside a message in the Messaging Portal, to let a team member know about the message and ask them to look into it/respond.
