Engage add-on and PQ both need to be able to schedule SMS sends by the minute, not restricted by the hour and the day, where currently the last SMS notification that can be sent out is 1 hour before the appointment. Telehealth needs by the minute. We need the appointment reminder to be able to send out SMS (multiple times, limited to 2 SMS in PQ itself) and emails by the MINUTE, not just days and hours. We must be able to remind patients in the last hour leading up to their telehealth appointments. To reduce no-shows and make sure they have the Telehealth link quickly accessible at the top of their SMS. In addition, having more SMS capabilities in PQ itself

We use SMS for pts to txt YES to confirm vs NO to cancel. I want to have the patient be required to tell us why they need to cancel. Just like you do when using the email confirmation

Option for clients to receive an SMS notification when they receive a message in the patient portal. Right now, they can only receive email notifications.

Add e-mail address & home address on the first screen when clicking info instead of clicking info and then the client name to get that info.

There's nothing worse than coming into work will need to find your first appointment of the day has canceled late and your next client isn't for another three or four hours. When a client cancels within 24 hours, they cannot do so by responding to the text. They have to call our office or send an email which is very inefficient because there's no way to notify the therapist of a cancellation unless they get on their email before they go to work every day. (Didnt the system used to be able to send an SMS to notify me of a cancel? without PHI? I know it can email, why not SMS without PHI?) There has got to be a way to have the system send an sms notification text to let me know that a client has canceled or something like that. The other compounding factor is we don't use a click a button to cancel. We change the type of appointment to be a no-show charge or no-show not charge which doesn't create a notification. They do click on missed the appointment which COULD generate a text SMS notification if that was an options. It could say “ a lcient session was cancelled” it doesn't have to send the PHI. It just has to notify me to not drive into work and waste three hours of my life. Or have pre determined generic messages staff can send that will send me an SMS.

Currently the earliest option to send clients reminders for their appointment the day of is at 9:30 AM. However, some providers begin their work day earlier than that. For example, my 9 AM clients don't get the day of reminder text. Is is possible to have the option for the reminder day of texts to be earlier such as 8 AM? Thanks!

It will be useful if patients can receive a text message confirming appt date/time automatically once the appointment is book on the system. Right, now the only option is to send it by email and it is something me manually have to send.
