We'd love if tags and notifications could be created for assessments where individuals test high in their PHQ9, GAD, etc.

Tags are super helpful and a great way to sort clients and delineate variables in a quick, visual way -- why not make this available on the mobile site?

Would like to be able to flag patient's chart to alert staff of critical information they should know before the patient is seen. For example, 'an aggressive patient', patient that should not be seen alone, Critical labs, etc.

We would like to have additional color code options for: provider appointments/appointment types and tags. The current color choices are very limited.

The tags are very useful for our administrators because they're often on the client profile. For providers, we work off of the appointment notes and unfortunately those tags do not show in that. This feature would allow providers to really benefit from the tags without hunting for them.

Create process & task automation based on a tag + another factor (i.e., if a note is locked and it's tagged as "safety" - it's sent to a supervisor for review.

We need the ability to fit more words in the tags. We have been requesting this for a year…seems to be a simple request. Can we please finally have this done??
