Feature Requests

We would like to have additional color code options for: provider appointments/appointment types and tags. The current color choices are very limited.

We need the ability to fit more words in the tags. We have been requesting this for a year…seems to be a simple request. Can we please finally have this done??

Currently if a claim's status is rejected the tags (pending, resubmitted, reviewed, reviewing, appealed, crossover) will not appear when viewing the claim within Lists > Claims. These tags do display when the claim is denied. It would be very helpful if these tags also appeared for rejected claims.

Straightforward. Would like to be able to see how clients are tagged directly from the Booking Calendar for tracking and billing purposes.

Could we please have the option to put more information in the "tags" and to capitalize?

Creating rules to add tags is horribly tedious when you have to read every tag in a very long list to find the right one. If we could alphabetize them or sort them into categories it would be super helpful.

Create process & task automation based on a tag + another factor (i.e., if a note is locked and it's tagged as "safety" - it's sent to a supervisor for review.

I would love to be able to drag to top or rearrange tags that are the most important to the top of the tag list.
