It would be great to be able to see a patient's tags while I am messaging with them in the portal! Currently I am having to go in and out of a patients chart to look at their tags and it is very inefficient

Not sure if this belongs here or somewhere else but... being able to group patients by tags in engage rather than appointment types would be a much more useful tool. I won't use grouping by appointments at all.

Straightforward. Would like to be able to see how clients are tagged directly from the Booking Calendar for tracking and billing purposes.

We want an app we can put on the dashboard that pools all profiles that are tagged with, pending authorization.

Would like to be able to flag patient's chart to alert staff of critical information they should know before the patient is seen. For example, 'an aggressive patient', patient that should not be seen alone, Critical labs, etc.

We need more color options for tags! Thanks!

Please add patient tags to the top of all of the screens, not just the demographics page. Thank you.
