Can you please make it so that when we pull up appointment calendar, all providers show without having to click on Team every time? Then if we want to narrow down we can.

It would be extremely helpful if cancelled appointments remained visible on the team calendar rather than disappearing entirely. Ideally, they would appear crossed out—similar to how missed appointments currently display—so that the historical record remains intact. Additionally, when hovering over an appointment, it would be beneficial to see a tooltip indicating the appointment’s current status (e.g., “Missed,” “Cancelled by Client,” “Cancelled by Therapist,” or “Late Cancelled”). This would help staff quickly understand the context of each change and improve coordination and accountability across the team.

Please add a hover feature to allow me to see previous appointments or future ones in the calendar for my patients. It would make my life a lot easier so I don't need to click on the patient chart to see appointment details. I changed from Tebra to Intake Q and Tebra allowed this feature. Thank you

bookings in the month view always shows the beginning of the month at the top of the screen, but by the end of the month you're having to scroll down quite a bit. Please add an option to put the current week always at the top so you don't have to scroll and are less likely to click the wrong appointment for this week's notes etc.

I’d like the calendar in day view so we can see the entire day laid out in time order. Each day should be divided into time slots (lines on the grid), and users should be able to choose the slot length—for example, 15-minute, 30-minute, or 60-minute intervals. That way, when we’re booking patients, it’s quick and easy to see what’s available and schedule them into the right spot without having to scroll or guess.

It is inconvenient to click on lists to then click on clients to search for patient / client detail page. It would be better to provide a client search bar at the top of the booking calendar. Need a more direct way to check previous appts and completed consent forms.

Hello, I would love to be able to customize the booking calendar, such as being able to change the colors of the appointments, ect. Thanks!

please add the customization option for blocked times to be a certain color! the blue is misleading

Ability to see on calendar which client notes have been completed or require co-signature.
