Ability to change visit color once visit has started or completed to help identify which visits have been seen.

Please allow location booking links to be deactivated. If a location is cancelled, the page should let patients know the link is no longer active. Currently patients get directed to a page where they see all locations that they should not have access to. This violates confidential client relationships and confuses patients.

It would be helpful to have more colors available to use for appointments that can be selected by us. Many of the colors look similar to one another- is it possible to have a color wheel to be able to make custom colors? Or the option to upload colors (so they can match our business' color palette)?

An option to brighten or darken the background color of the current calendar day so it is easier to see.

Ability to see on calendar which client notes have been completed or require co-signature.

I would like to be able to categorize and colour code the type of time blocking so I can easily place it in the calendar to schedule things like lengthy report writing and other clinic activities as well as out of office activities.

Anytime I leave the "bookings" screen and come back, it only shows the main therapist's (admin) schedule. I am not a therapist, I'm an support staff and need to see everyone's schedule at a glance more often than I need to see one specific therapists schedule at a glance.

I would like to get access to the blocked time on the calendars through the Appointment API.

On the Booking/Calendar page, please consider adding an icon or color to appointments to reflect if a note has been completed/locked or not yet. (To, at a glance, see which appointments still need completed notes.) (See screenshot of how SimplePractice does this.)
