Ideally, they would appear crossed out—similar to how missed appointments currently display—so that the historical record remains intact. Additionally, when hovering over an appointment, it would be beneficial to see a tooltip indicating the appointment’s current status (e.g., “Missed,” “Cancelled by Client,” “Cancelled by Therapist,” or “Late Cancelled”). This would help staff quickly understand the context of each change and improve coordination and accountability across the team.
