Feature Requests

Currently there is an option to "Hide client name in Google calendar," but this just shows a generic "Appointment with client" title for every appointment. I would like to request an option to show client initials for a better compromise between client privacy and making the information useful. e.g. "AA" (for Adam Apple). Additionally, because event titles are often truncated in month view, making them as short as possible and putting the important information at the front would be useful. For example "Appointment with client" would be better as "Client appointment" (shorter and we can see who the appointment is with). Similarly, if support for client initials is added, then just "AA" as the text would be great--keep it short and simple. Thank you so much!

When scheduling recurring appointments a prompt will come up to resolve conflicts on dates where conflicts are found. I am wanting the ability to exclude or delete appointment dates within the series when there are dates without any alternate times available. Currently in order to resolve this issue I have to set a recurring appointment until the date without alternatives then go back in and create another recurring series after the date without alternatives.

please add the customization option for blocked times to be a certain color! the blue is misleading

It would be nice to be able to set start/end dates to hours of operations and then remove old ones after the date is reached or make it hidden so it doesn't clutter up the window. It would allow summer/winter hours or just the ability to change business hours.

I book future appointments based on number of weeks or months from today's appointment. In the booking calendar, I use the small calendar in the bottom right to count out weeks, and I leave one login page up for the day dedicated to the booking calendar. It would be very helpful if there was a "today" button for the small calendar at the bottom right so I can go back to today and advance forward.

Filters should be available on the Team Calendar, not just individual practitioner calendars

I posted a comment on another poster's request, but that was dated 8/19/2022 and there had been no response from PracticeQ on this request. So I'm posting it as new here. I'd like to see the option to show only the clients' initials on the sync with Google calendar rather than the limiting options of only either showing the client's full name or no information on the client at all. It's helpful to know who I'll be seeing each given day, but I don't want to risk having the identity of the client shared by anyone who happens to be in the area I'm working or when I glance at the calendar on my phone in public. If it's possible to get more advanced in differentiating between clients who may share the same initial, to have the first 2 letters of the client's first name and last name in the Google calendar. It's extremely risky to have the client's full name show on the Google calendar and can reveal a client's PHI. Please consider this request as a priority. Thanks!

Hello, I would love to be able to customize the booking calendar, such as being able to change the colors of the appointments, ect. Thanks!

This is really inconvenient to have to scroll down every single time I come into the calendar when it goes past the first week of the month. It would be really useful if when going into Bookings, it defaults to be at the current week.
