please add the customization option for blocked times to be a certain color! the blue is misleading

ability to set your "team" calendar. or team by location. We have 4 locations and 12 providers. the "team view" crazy to look at and too much work to filter other providers out every time you click on it. or a lock feature that saves your preferences for the team calendar

An editable banner that is above the Team appointments for notes for the office. Examples: Admin staff off, Staff meeting, birthdays, special occasions, special schedules - school breaks, etc.

On the Booking/Calendar page, please consider adding an icon or color to appointments to reflect if a note has been completed/locked or not yet. (To, at a glance, see which appointments still need completed notes.) (See screenshot of how SimplePractice does this.)

It's very limited to what information we can put in, unless they're Infusion Suite patients, however majority of what we do are home infusion. We would like to add fields to show any special delivery instructions for patients (add new note field), are they in flood zones (add check box), is this a delivery to their nurse (add check box). Adding customizable fields to the appointment calendar will allow us to work on just the intakeQ calendar and not jumping between to look for notes uploaded to their patient profile.

I posted a comment on another poster's request, but that was dated 8/19/2022 and there had been no response from PracticeQ on this request. So I'm posting it as new here. I'd like to see the option to show only the clients' initials on the sync with Google calendar rather than the limiting options of only either showing the client's full name or no information on the client at all. It's helpful to know who I'll be seeing each given day, but I don't want to risk having the identity of the client shared by anyone who happens to be in the area I'm working or when I glance at the calendar on my phone in public. If it's possible to get more advanced in differentiating between clients who may share the same initial, to have the first 2 letters of the client's first name and last name in the Google calendar. It's extremely risky to have the client's full name show on the Google calendar and can reveal a client's PHI. Please consider this request as a priority. Thanks!

Ability to see on calendar which client notes have been completed or require co-signature.

1.) Calendar days/times that only allow Telehealth scheduling, taking no in-person appointments. 2.) Calendar will only allow a certain number of sessions/appointments to be scheduled per day, all together, regardless of when they are scheduled or of there is a gap in between them.

it would be helpful if the name of organization/company was listed, I use Practice Q for 2 different practices and can't tell you how many times I get confused on which one I am in, or maybe even just the ability to have a different color

I would like to see a widget or link that I can add to my website that automatically selects the next available appointment.
