Feature Requests

Please add, at minimum, bank holidays to the calendar (MLK, Presidents day, Memorial Day, July 4th etc.) - it would be great if we could choose from a list of holidays we want included (Easter/good Friday, The Jewish holidays in September) I know everyone doesn't celebrate all so it would be nice to choose which ones we want. Then we can easily see when the holidays are and know to block those days. Sometimes when booking 3 months in advance I forget about upcoming holidays and I need to keep calling back patients to reschedule. Its embarrassing.

On the Booking/Calendar page, please consider adding an icon or color to appointments to reflect if a note has been completed/locked or not yet. (To, at a glance, see which appointments still need completed notes.) (See screenshot of how SimplePractice does this.)

Tracking attendance is important to any practice. It's also important for reporting purposes. I'd like to have a attendance tracking system in which I can have a question on a form that auto populates with attendance totals. On progress notes, treatment plans/reviews/updates, treatment reports, discharge summary, etc. this is important to be able to track the client's attendance record. Currently I have a pinned question that the clinician has to manually +1 to whichever attendance box applies to the client's attendance for every progress note, etc. This works fine and a workaround, but IntakeQ already has the client's attendance data, so let's make it more usable!

Right now, the calendar view shows all bookings. I would love a toggle where I could see, perhaps in a faded version of each providers' color, their designated availability blocks. Right now, each of my providers sets their own schedules, overriding the clinic locations' schedules. If I want to remember which provider is available when, I have to navigate to settings and select the location and click Edit Hours to see when a provider is available, then compare it to the calendar to see when they're already booked. It would be heavenly to just be able to toggle on a "Show select providers' availability" on the calendar and not have to guess when I'm on the phone with a patient who wants to book them.

We have practiioners that reside in different timezones and clients who reside in all different timezones. In the booking calendar appointment can you add "timezone for patient" and "timezone for practioner" next to the times to avoid confusion? And, anywhere that the time is referenced to have the abbreviation for the timezone next to it.?)

A helpful feature would be a change in color or some sort of icon/symbol (i.e. check mark) that indicated that an appointment was completed, including signing/locking of the session note for that particular appointment. Right now, even when appointments are complete, there is no way to visualize and/or confirm this from the booking calendar which seems to be the primary screen for most users.

Hello. I am a contractor and my schedule is not consistent, which makes "blocking" times of unavailability much more tedious and time-consuming than just going in to add my available slots from week-to-week. It would be super helpful to give consumers the option to select which style they want to use on their calendar: "Use availability slots" or "Use blocking time."

I work some mornings then I don't work or for several hours and then I work again in the evening. Currently, I can set availability for one block of time, but not both. Example: I can add recurring availability from 8:30-11:30 am but for the second block of hours I work I have to add extra time which means I have to do that weekly which is a waste of admin time. It would be great to be able to split my hours and use recurring availability for two separate blocks of availability on the same day.

It would be nice if there was a small "ding" that you could turn on in booking settings so that when a client is checked in, the therapist would be notified with one brief sound, eliminating the need for the support staff to let them know in another way.
