Most medical EMR software include a section in each client's chart with a series of vital signs entries, such as in table form: Date of entry | Weight | Height | Blood Pressure | Heart Rate | etc... In addition, many medical EMRs also can plot these on graphs, including BMI (body mass index), and can switch between lbs / inches and kg / cm. While PracticeQ does have availability to enter this into individual notes and intake questionnaires, it does not have a standing Field in the Patient Overview, or better yet, its own tab. This makes it much harder to easily track this information across time, especially as providers are prescribing medications which may influence these vital signs. I believe the lack of this feature has prevented many providers from subscribing to PracticeQ as their EMR of choice.
