Feature Requests

A way to send a bulk email. Not all patients connect to the portal. A way to send bulk emails about important things happening with the practice.

Would like the ability to send resources/links to patients in intake.. would be great if there was a zap or integation, anytime someone was added to Intake, they would also be added to MailChimp or an email marketing feature inside IntakeQ would be great.

An automatic autoresponder should go out to patients so they know they cannot respond to emails from scheduling and this is not a good way to cancel their appt with a spam email folder nobody in our office ever checks or looks at.

I would love for patients to receive an automated email when their prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy. This would save our staff a lot of time fielding calls and texts from patients who say their pharmacy didn't receive the prescriptions. Usually the prescriptions were sent in, but there's an issue with insurance or the medication is out of stock.

I have automated emails set up for patients for different reasons. Some patients I want to skip a particular email that does not apply to them to avoid confusion. (One warns patients their cards will be charged-- if they have already paid in full I want to skip this email.) It would be great to see a list of upcoming automated emails and be able to "deselect" a particular email that is not applicable.

Not all of our appointments require an annual visit. Automated emails for reminders do not allow us to time messages for longer than one year. It would take a major load of work off of us if the number of days was not limited.
