Please allow a setting to send form reminders at regular intervals until designated date (either appointment date or date past which forms can no longer be submitted and appointment will be canceled). I have to go forward weeks at a time and send forms one at a time-- auto-reminders until completed would save SO much time. Thank you for your time.

I have a GoHighlevel CRM that allows me to create my own automations with triggers, sms, emails, wait orders etc. It is super handy for taking everyday tasks that slow down staff and automate it so they don’t have to do certain tasks. It would be nice to be able to do this with intake q

I would like to see birthday reminders to me as a provider so I can personally remember remember them on their birthdays.

Providers can sign notes without completing the diagnosis. Either the ability to mark the diagnosis as required so it prevents the note from locking or some other way to prevent this from happening.

I want to be able to manually send any selected automated/scheduled email if needed. Sometimes I need to send the email and it hasnt been sent for a legitiamate reason (client scheduled different type of service) but now they need the new service email or they say they didnt get it and I want to send an email. Currently there is no way to send these manually

Can there be a way to synchronize appointments to clients Calendars?

Set IntakeQ to automatically mark a client as inactive if they haven't scheduled any sessions within 60 days of their last visit and no invoice is present, with a task generated to confirm the client's inactive status.

When you change the diagnosis code for a client mid treatment, this should NOT be updated on previously created/old notes. An original diagnosis should remain on the old notes, because that was what the individual was dealing with at that time. By updating the old notes automatically in the system, you are changing their medical/psychological diagnosis, which is obviously a problem.

Our practice would like an expansion to the current automation process. It would be nice to be able to use the completion of a named process as a trigger to begin a new process. We have many tasks that need to be handed off or routed from one employee to the next when a process is completed. This can currently be done by assigning a task to another employee, but it is difficult to keep track of the process when reassigning from one employee to the next. It would be better managed if completing a named task/process would trigger the next step in the process.
