Please design a flow sheet for each patient that gives a snapshot of their diagnosis, allergies, labs, notes

Providers can sign notes without completing the diagnosis. Either the ability to mark the diagnosis as required so it prevents the note from locking or some other way to prevent this from happening.

I would love to see a way to customize an Estimated Due Date in the form that would keep adjusting the date as time progresses, just like the date of birth function. This setting would be ideal for two reasons: Pregnant patients to have on their file and not have to calculate gestation Pediatric patients who were born prematurely, as their adjusted age is necessary information. When a client inputs their child's birth date, the age shown in their profile adjusts as time does by.

Could we have automatic verification for Eligibility & Benefits?

Integrate AI/LLM technology to turn completed forms into text that summarizes background information about the patient. The level of verbosity should be flexible (e.g., complete sentences vs. fragments; voice/tone of language). The outline/format of the information could follow the section names of the forms, and clinicians could set the order that the info is summarized. I want to be able to manually send any selected automated/scheduled email if needed. Sometimes I need to send the email and it hasnt been sent for a legitiamate reason (client scheduled different type of service) but now they need the new service email or they say they didnt get it and I want to send an email. Currently there is no way to send these manually

I would like to see birthday reminders to me as a provider so I can personally remember remember them on their birthdays.

Please add more triggers for processes.
