Allow a simple way (e.g. a button) to link a fax to patient's account/chart. open faxes -> click button "add to patient". this is super helpful.

I am unable to upload a medical record so it can be faxed to a clinic or a hospital. I called tech-support and they tell me it has to be attached to a note, etc. etc. It was my understanding I can just upload a file and fax the file using my credits. I was told this is incorrect by the tech-support agent

When sending a note/report of a client interaction via fax, all the fields print as if sending inter-office. For external communication, often many fields need to be hidden to alternate discipline health care providers as they are not applicable for that referral and make the report bulky. The current work around is to send via the “share” option, as an e-mail, print the pdf, then fax it. This is too many steps. Most HCP’s only accept fax to protect patient privacy, so the same format used to generate during the “share” option should be available as fax.

A notification of a fax being received

It would be super helpful to be able to fax both Documents (i.e. clinic notes) AND Files (i.e. documents uploaded to the pt chart and saved into their files) simultaneously. There are many instances where a file needs to be faxed with multiple clinic notes attached and at this time, we have to send them separately, which often results in delays because the recipient received 2 different faxes and has to find them and match them together. Please note-- I know that you can "attach" a file to a note, but when you fax the note (document), it only shows that there IS an attachment, not the attachment itself, which is basically useless for faxing purposes.

Inside SR fax, you can rename the title of the incoming faxes - this does NOT translate over to IntakeQ; can you please add that simple addition to the features?

Incoming Faxes from SRFAX, there needs to be a way I can make a quick note as a reminder of who I called and where the conversation left off.

We often receive faxes NOT related to a patient - referral updates, insurance updates, general information, etc. Is there a way to create an option to send faxes to a designated DOCUMENT FOLDER instead of a patient file?

There needs to be a way to unassign faxes if they have been misassigned , and also a way to send a fax to multiple destinations.

In customizing a fax cover sheet, the greeting to a referring Provider does not allow you only to use their last name. Instead, it'll say Dear....(and have their full name pulled in). We don't use a person's first name when starting a letter or note to a provider! Please add this as an option!
