Easy access to the portal for appointment management, messaging, CC, etc.

Simple practice has a patient portal app and its so convenient because rn our patients path for communication is to go to our website or open an email to get to the portal page, then they log in or they want to view a message so they get an emailed code and have to switch back and forth to copy and paste it in. Most people are using smart phones to navigate all this. It would be so convenient to just have a patient portal app so they can use biometrics to login and immediately have access to super bills, messaging, and appointments scheduling. Those are the only 3 things they want. Multiple patients have told me this.

Absolutely! We find that this is a major struggle for our patients and hinders them from accessing the portal effectively.

Most healthcare facilities, fitness centers/gyms/studios, now interface with their clients through apps. Not having that as a feature as a means of scheduling, communication with clients/patients, etc. puts us behind. Accessing the scheduler via mobile device is wonky to say the least. I have been exploring other platforms for this reason- what has kept me with practiceQ(formerly intakeQ when I started) was your superior customer support.

I agree this would be nice - especially for the communication via portal and scheduling features. I would love for it to be more convenient for my patients to communicate with me via the portal rather than having to sign in each and every time.
