Feature Requests

Alerts that pop up when a patient file is opened to remind staff or providers of things that need their attention. Feature should allow the alert to be assigned to assistants or providers depending on the alert and have the ability to remove once addressed.

Would be very helpful to be able to rearrange order of tabs in client profile (so that more used tabs are more easily accessed)

Could you create a way that will allow for me to see when a note is completed for a particular patient or how many patient notes need to be completed.

Allow for creation of folders inside patient files individual to the patient to neatly manage their paperwork in their file by categories

We would like to have the capability to link our patient files so that it is easier to find patients in a family and/or guardian and/or spouses for scheduling/billing/notation purposes.

Allow the ability to rename a file of any file uploaded in the patient files to make it quicker and easier to make updates inside Practice Q without having to rename it on the desktop and upload a new copy.

When you want to view a document, it'll automatically download. I highly suggest that we should be able to preview the items before deciding to download.

Add a Title section to the client profile. We work with various law enforcement agencies and would like to add the contact person's title to their name.
