Please send a monthly or weekly newsletter of all the feature updates that are in progress, under review, under consideration, changes in billing processes, etc. It would be great to know that 1) someone is actually considering our feedback and 2) what improvements are on the horizon. This might even keep some folx for leaving if they feel like improvements aren't actually being considered or implemented fast enough. Currently, it doesn't appear that there is any rhyme, reason, or consistency to the roll-out of improvements. The Changelog only tells us what has changed, not what you're working on...
