A client should be able to opt out of Automatic/Marketing emails but have it so they can still receive appointment notifications

Would it be possible to have an alert come up (like the alerts that come up when a new appointment is scheduled or a new form is completed) to indicate that a client has a birthday? I have emails sent out automatically, but an additional notification would be very helpful so if they happen to be coming in on their birthday I have an alert to let me know.

It would be SO helpful to receive a notification or have an icon next to their name/profile regarding a client's birthday!

It would be very helpful if we could send email notifications to a specific email depending on the form. For example, we would want clinical emails to go to the scheduling team and admin emails to go to our manager.

I would like to have a notification that reminds me of client's upcoming/present birthdays.

Please update the algorithm through which "new message" notifications show up on the platform. It keeps showing that I have a new message when no new messages have come in. It has also been alerting me of a "new message" when I send a message to a client. I'm a solo practitioner with no staff and have adjusted all settings available and this continues to happen; it's very distracting.
