Feature Requests

Please have your system send a text message to (954)355-2443 every time we receive a completed form online. Right now, it is setup for sending it to email, but we do not check email all the time and we check text messages all the time.

I wanted to mention something about the notification button. When I click on it, I can see the list of notifications, but if there are too many, I can’t scroll down to view the rest. It would be super helpful if that dropdown could be scrollable, or if there was a way to expand it so we can see everything without missing any updates. Just wanted to pass that along and thank you for all the great work you do.

It would be nice to have an option to be notified when comments are made on tasks. If I assign a task to someone and they would like to update me on the task that would be a great way to communicate about the specific task.

It would be SO helpful to receive a notification or have an icon next to their name/profile regarding a client's birthday!

I would like to have a notification that reminds me of client's upcoming/present birthdays.

A client should be able to opt out of Automatic/Marketing emails but have it so they can still receive appointment notifications

Would it be possible to have an alert come up (like the alerts that come up when a new appointment is scheduled or a new form is completed) to indicate that a client has a birthday? I have emails sent out automatically, but an additional notification would be very helpful so if they happen to be coming in on their birthday I have an alert to let me know.
