Feature Requests

Hi I'd like to add the ability to add add-on upgrades when they book their appointment. Like they book a 90 min appointment and want to add 30 min hot stone upgrades to their treatment, they can. How can that be done?

SMS opt in or out as required by multiple communication services. Allowing this feature on the first booking widget page under phone number entry.

It would be amazing if we could add on additional treatments/ appointments to one singular appointment when the patient books. I know other EMR systems like Vagaro have great success with something like this, and it would be great to cross promote services within our business. Thanks!

The first day of the month on the widget calendar is grayed and barely distinguishable from the blocked days. We have had multiple patients say they thought we were closed and would have preferred an appointment on that day. I would suggest maybe simply bolding the "1" if the goal is to highlight the first of the month. As it is, it looks as if we are closed.

Currently there is the option to fill out an intake questionnaire and have it redirect to the booking page. We would love to have the opposite order - so that someone can see our availability and schedule before they fill out the form. We realize the form can be sent by email after the appointment is booked but would be convenient to just redirect the page and give the option to complete all the steps at once and would better ensure that people do actually fill it out.

My goal is having a button on my website where the client purchases the appointment or appointment package and pays for it, but then instead of giving them the option to schedule at all, it just adds the appointments to the available slots the client has.

You have both 7 days and 1 week - weeks have 7 days, so those are exactly the same. PLEASE give us a 10 day option, or make it a dropdown so we can choose the number of days specifically. THIS SHOULDN'T BE DIFFICULT TO DO!!

Lukas, the Customer Support Specialist suggested I email. My office staff and I have spent hours trying to call patients to see if they are spam vs. real. Numerous spam appointments of patients have been made in the last couple months. Some patients do not exist. Some patients I have talked and they do exist, but they live in different states and deny making appointments. I would like to request a booking widget feature so this does not occur. Thank you. Hi! Thank you for all you do. Can we look into adding a color changing option or way to denote that a client session is open? Maybe you could right click on the client with a green color for open which gets added once they are scheduled. Then you could right click when you finish their note to change to color that way you know you have written the note and "closed" that episode of care. It could be a quick way to check everything is up done. Thank you, Julia
