Is it possible to add an option that allows clients to book two linked appointments at once? For example, selecting a recurring schedule such as Tuesday and Thursday during the booking process, rather than booking each appointment separately. This would be especially helpful for clients who attend sessions multiple times per week.

Allow patients to book multiple appointments at once on portal - we run a plastic surgery/medspa and patients are getting very frustrated as all other medspa EMRs offer this feature

It would be helpful to have the ability to set location-specific headers for the mini-site. I operate two distinct locations and would like to customize the mini-website booking header for each one with unique instructions, directions, and branding. This would make it easier for patients to immediately recognize they’re on the correct booking page, especially when the scheduler is embedded on my website.

1 option The ability to be able to import multiple patients that should have the same price schedule at the same time instead of only having the option to add each individual patient. 2 option The ability to select the price schedule for that specific patient when scheduling an appointment from the appointment scheduling window.

Would like for clients to be able to see how many spots remain for events when they are registering on the booking widget so they know if space is limited or if they can bring a guest.

In a group practice, you want the providers who have availability to show for new clients. Simple Practice allows you to turn off/on the booking widget by provider or by service type.

Allow customized blocking provider and service based that doesnt block entire calendar. Say I go to the beach for the week and want to see a few clients.. I want to block them from making in person visits but allow booking virtual visits. There is no way to do this based on a date range. Yes you can turn off when at the beach but that doesnt prevent people from booking ahead of time.

Hi there - we are requesting a CAPCHA tool to be added into the Booking Widget tool as a way to filter out spam bookings. At this time, there is no way to filter out spam bookings at the time of booking without requiring an intake form (with CAPCHA) - which may deter true bookings.
