Feature Requests

We have more than two dozen practitoners (too many to show in this screenshot. I don't understand why ALL practictioners show, even when they do not provide the service selected. Or, even why they show when they have no available slots. I can't see an argument for it. It's really not nice to work with. Apologies, I am not the first to raise this, but I couldn't find it in the list. Thank you.

I would like to have multiple terms of service, one for each category of services (or service). So 1:1 consultations can receive one term of service(payment policies) and group classes can receive a different term of service (privacy expectations, etc.).

I would like a way to show "Click here to configure custom Terms of Service for your Widget" for only one service. Or have different TOS available for each service. The goal is to show a terms of service only for new patients booking a free 15 minute consult.

It would be amazing if we could add on additional treatments/ appointments to one singular appointment when the patient books. I know other EMR systems like Vagaro have great success with something like this, and it would be great to cross promote services within our business. Thanks!

On the page where you can choose a provider, the first option says, "No preference". Instead of "no preference", can you put our logo where the gray people are located? Also have it read like this… "First Available Nurse Click Here" It looks very unprofessional to have this ugly gray box.

Check-in and Status

Currently there is the option to fill out an intake questionnaire and have it redirect to the booking page. We would love to have the opposite order - so that someone can see our availability and schedule before they fill out the form. We realize the form can be sent by email after the appointment is booked but would be convenient to just redirect the page and give the option to complete all the steps at once and would better ensure that people do actually fill it out.

I need to provide a month of availability for one service, but I'm losing money on another that requires bookings within the same week. Since I can't accommodate both, people often book weeks in advance and forget, even with reminders—especially since I manage ADHD. Reducing the availability to one week has improved deal closure rates. Please tailor this feature to the individual service as shown in the image.

Would love an authenticator to flag incorrect/incomplete email addresses in the booking widget. Thanks!

I have a PracticeQ booking widget in my website footer. When I wanted to also add a different one in the body of my page I discovered that I can't because all widgets target the same element and set the same variables. Ideally each would have it's own target element and variables so that using multiple would be possible 🙏
