I would like to add precription from the notes please

A book keeping feature that can track expenses.

We really need to be able to sort out what we want on the csv file being exporting it. I only need 4-5 columns and the rest is junk that I have to sort through and is not an efficient use of time.

Id like to be able to restrict product and services edits to admin only. as of now anyone can go into the product description and change it or change prices from there.

When setting up a new product, it would be nice to still list the sales price yet also be able to track my purchase price so that I can easily track my margin on products and cost of goods sold.

store front products with option for paitents to purchase without creating visit or invoice

I would like patients to be given access to products so they can add them to their own carts when performing online sessions/or sending products.

Can we have categories for products and the ability to arrange in alphabetical order?
