"BOOK" button on portal keeps getting missed by patients

The formatting for the BOOK button on the patient portal webpage keeps getting missed by patients. They keep looking for it on the lest instead, and choosing appointments. And when I point out the correct option, they say it doesn't stand out to them at all.
It's actually quite irritating to keep happening, so if there's an easy fix with formatting to make it stand out more that would be greatly appreciated!

It doesn’t solve it but we have it somewhere in our automatic welcome message that BOOK is for self-booking & APPOINTMENTS is for things already confirmed. Another thing that confuses is that PACKAGES is where they go to use a visit under a package (if any left or to see what’s left on a package), but if they want to “book” a new one, then they have to click BOOK. 😬
