Please add geo tagging of the time in

We need a way for people with dumb phones or have tech issues, to be able to quickly check in to an appointment in the office via a web portal on a tablet.

For patients who do not check in on their phone and/or due to bad cell service in the area of my office, it would be helpful to have a way to allow all patients to check in on a universal device. For example, either hardware to purchase or an app to download on an ipad that could be mounted in the lobby for patients to type their name and have their appointment pop up for them to "check in". Then, if this was customizable, it would be nice to have a few "check in" options for them such as: I would like to: a) make a payment b) schedule my next appointment c) request a superbill d) request a school or work excuse note d) speak with the receptionist

Is it possible to have my cal or Google Calendar to be connected with intake forms so that it auto emails and sends intake forms when someone books an appointment ?

Check-in must be marked before a session is charged or before it is considered "ready" to be billed to insurance.

It would be great for patients to be able to "check in" when they arrive to the office through their patient portal or using a code on their mobile phone.

Check out button to show appt. is completed and paid on the calendar.

Add a button in appointment confirmation email or patient portal for patient to "check in" or allow patient to report their arrival

Be notified when a telemedicine patient starts the video call.
