I'd like our patients to be able to check in with an iPad (like ChiroTouch) without multiple steps. They enter the phone number on their account, select the appointment they are checking into and press submit. If it's a family, they select each family member for that day they are checking in without having to do the check in process for each family member individually. This allows patients to come in, check in at the front so our back office team knows they have arrived and go to the community room without having to cause congestion at the front desk.
