Feature Requests

I'd like our patients to be able to check in with an iPad (like ChiroTouch) without multiple steps. They enter the phone number on their account, select the appointment they are checking into and press submit. If it's a family, they select each family member for that day they are checking in without having to do the check in process for each family member individually. This allows patients to come in, check in at the front so our back office team knows they have arrived and go to the community room without having to cause congestion at the front desk.

Can you please have a way for the appointment to change color on the daily calendar to alert staff in the back that the patient is ready to be called back. Or add something to alert staff that the patient is ready. Needs to be visible on the calendar view

Banner/notifications within IntakeQ for patient check-in in addition to SMS and email notifications.

It'd be fantastic if you offered a waiting cue system for when patients sign in and are in the waiting area.

Running Clock for how long a client has been checked in / in waiting room. This can also be a static time that they checked in so for multiple clients at same time the first in client is seen first. This should be on the schedule page next to the client name on the schedule.

Add a button in appointment confirmation email or patient portal for patient to "check in" or allow patient to report their arrival

It would be great for patients to be able to "check in" when they arrive to the office through their patient portal or using a code on their mobile phone.

At times, it is hard to alert practitioners at the back of the office when their patient has arrived and been checked in. So I would like to request some sort of pop-up notification, preferably with audio, to chime on IntakeQ whenever a patient is checked in. The audio pop-up could be manually enabled when creating or editing appointment types in settings. Thank you
