Would allow patients to use their insurance for labs and continue to use labs and lab interfaces that they have been using with other practitioners.

It would be helpful if the file sync to google drive and/or file download could be customized by the end user, or default set to be LAST NAME, FIRST NAME

Would love to see CDC growth charts for kids over 2yrs old. I frequently use in my nutrition practice, thanks!

1) Add reimbursify claims to claims list. I have no idea if Reimbursify has run a claim for a patient. It would be great for these to appear in the 'claims' tab-- even if it is "read only". Right now I have to go to the separate reimbursify website to find this information. 2) Allow notes/files to be tagged as "add to claim" and auto attach pdf to claim Every insurance company wants information that cannot be found on the claim form. They want anesthesia start and stop times which are found in the anesthesia record. It would be great to have a check box to click to add files to the claim.

The Heidi only being available from the notes list and not directly from the note when you open off the schedule is a major limitation. I was going to join with Heidi because of the integration but I am leaning more toward another AI system due to the ease of use. Is this something that will change at any time? You should be able to open note from the schedule and go right to Heidi in my opinion

We are missing the check in object in the API and this is quite annoying to streamline processes.

It would be nice to have an integration with Spruce to better streamline the portal feature in practice Q. They have an app which is free to patients/clients and is HIPAA compliant. There are many automated features for communication between practitioners and clients (i.e. scheduled and bulk portal messages as well as the ability to attach PDFs or files to bulk messages) that intake Q has not seemed to implement as of yet.

I would really like to be able to order imaging directly from the patient's chart (LABS TOO). Right now I have to order them on another platform, after creating a patient chart there, downloading it and then sending it to patient to print.

Need to be able to order labs for patients and be able to integrate into IQ and view results
