Please add the feature of allowing your system to check patients eligibility, active, inactive, details of benefits out of pocket expense. The flow of the practice without it is tragic

Can you please integrate with Lifefile?

It would be helpful to add the appointment note on the text that populates a calendar event in the Google Calendar integration.

We've been using Quickbooks for years and dont want to switch services to your platform.

It would be very helpful to be able to drag and drop forms converted into pdf directly from IntakeQ into our EMR without first having to download then upload them.

The Heidi only being available from the notes list and not directly from the note when you open off the schedule is a major limitation. I was going to join with Heidi because of the integration but I am leaning more toward another AI system due to the ease of use. Is this something that will change at any time? You should be able to open note from the schedule and go right to Heidi in my opinion

Make it so even if you use the web page for heidi (not the pop up in the note), you can still pull the info into the chart. And if i do use the pop up in one note, as long as the note is linked to an appointment, allow us to push the data from the transcript into different notes. For example, I would like to be able to pull data from the transcript to my note/assessment, my care plan, and a pediatrician report.

I utilize Spruce Health for my patient and team communication. I would love to have the ability to integrate this with IntakeQ so that patient's are automatically invited, and conversations can more easily be saved in patient notes.
