The owner Simcha Cohen purchased a Zoom pkg to integrate so I can offer a new support session for several clients via telehealth. The Zoom option is visible from her account but not on mine (IntakeQ, Amy McCausland.

Ability to order labs and submit them and receive results electronically.

A way to have forms auto sent to leads in Go High Level when the action is triggered through GHL

Please integrate with Weave. We have tried other voip phone systems and if this one could sync with PracticeQ it would be magical. Please.

The Heidi only being available from the notes list and not directly from the note when you open off the schedule is a major limitation. I was going to join with Heidi because of the integration but I am leaning more toward another AI system due to the ease of use. Is this something that will change at any time? You should be able to open note from the schedule and go right to Heidi in my opinion

Formatting is off, does not push data to note as expected/often does not have the push button, does not answer multiple choice questions as promised, does not pick up on therapy topics/interventions, is overall unreliable

Hello, The Heidi date format for the integration is pulling in with DD/MM/YYYY format, which is a significant problem for US based clinics using MM/DD/YYYY. I have tried being very explicit in the note templates for Heidi to correct this issue, and have settings set in Heidi for MM/DD/YYYY, but for some reason the integration does not allow this. I'm told this issue isn't currently fixiable and requires a Feature Request and upvotes. So please, UPVOTE this folks! Thanks

I utilize Spruce Health for my patient and team communication. I would love to have the ability to integrate this with IntakeQ so that patient's are automatically invited, and conversations can more easily be saved in patient notes.
