Feature Requests

It's common for me to need to conduct video appointments with a patient and their family members, necessitating multiple people to sign on and join a session. Integrating with Doxy.com would make this much easier, rather than having to tell patients to ignore the link that is sent through PracticeQ and instead use the link that I manually send them and their family through my email. Alternatively, allow for more than one person to attend a video appointment through PracticeQ. Thank you!

I utilize Spruce Health for my patient and team communication. I would love to have the ability to integrate this with IntakeQ so that patient's are automatically invited, and conversations can more easily be saved in patient notes.

Hello, TL;DR Without integrating the Heidi desktop/web versions with PQ (in addition to existing widget integration), providers are limited, slowed, and lose access to truly clinical quality improving features. We love using the Heidi Widget and plan to continue to do so. There are, however, times when using the desktop version or the web version of Heidi become necessary. However, PracticeQ is not "integrated" into these versions, which creates significant issues. Examples: -Assistants (e.g. medical assistants/schedulers) can't access the Heidi widget to pre-chart for us). And they do have access in desktop/web, however without the linkage to PQ there they can't see the charts or do any pre-charting that way either. -Heidi has a new "Evidence" feature in desktop/web that is incredible and will review patient's charts in order to help with clinical decision making. But again, since PQ is not integrated with desktop/web, and this feature is not in the widget, the evidence feature is unable to review the patient's information, a critical failure. Could PracticeQ please add direct integration with Heidi desktop and web? If not, is there a way to guarantee parity between the widget version and the desktop/web versions, especially as new features are rolled out, and for things like personel access? Thanks for considering!

Ability to order labs and submit them and receive results electronically.

Please add integrations for labcorp and quest diagnostics. Rupa health is extremely inconvenient for patients. It is take so much time away from them having to submit the claim through insurance. This inconvenience is making Rupa HEalth worthless

Quest (labs), CoverMyMeds (PAs), GeneSight (DNA), MDToolbox (eRx) integration would be great!

Hello, I have started to use PracticeQ with online prescribing integration. I find the integration to be complicated: I can not prescribe from the current note that I am working on while seeing the patient. (Please add as pop up or better a section within the note [so i don’t have to leave the note] to prescribe. This minimize risk of errors, and cut the back and forth between tabs. Current setup to so annoying - it does not allow me to add Rx from note (it says go to tab). This prescribe feature is big for my practice.!!!! Please add un-do feature on type boxes. Please integrate labs - Quest, Labcrop —very important

Integration with a GFE company. Both Qualiphy and GFE are great.

Please integrate. Allows us to see patient name and chart when they call the office. Please. I would pay extra for this, or even pay you to write the code for this. Priceless.
