Integration with Quickbooks PLEASE

Would love dictation that works. The current one does not punctuate and does not capitalize the first word of a sentence. This makes it take longer than typing the note myself. Also, I tried it on a different computer (a PC) and it actually erased what I had dictated as I continued to dictate. Would love to be able to have working reliable dictation within the platform to save time with documentation!

Please integrate with labs that accept insurance, and not just Rupa that is cash only.

Please. Spruce allows us to make and receive calls to/from patients and the patient's name shows up on our caller ID--- we can click on that info and it opens back into their patient chart without having to login and do a bunch of individual searches. The "fix" for this is Keragon, a HIPAA compliant zapier that costs a fortune. Both PracticeQ and Spruce have open-ish API... please make this work. I would be willing to pay an additional fee like we do for e-prescribing to make this work. Please.

It would be nice to be able to connect our own Zoom accounts to use instead of your video platform. That way, those of us who would like can use our upgraded Zoom features because the video software in this platform is some of the least flattering I have ever used. There is no option for blur, no backgrounds, no touchups, no light changes, and no ability to play integrated games with kiddos.

This would help us keep better track of assessment and report due dates for our insurance bill clients.

Lactation Consultants weight infants often and need to be able to chart it very specifically. The NEWT tool is the best infant weight comparison chart. Would love to be able to have this as an integration or an option to add to the chart for new babies. https://newbornweight.org/

Integration with a commonly used home exercise program for PTs and OTs like Medbridge, Physiotrak, etc. to make it easier to streamline patient information and data.

I've been using Insight Health for AI charting, works pretty well. It would be nice to have it integrated within PracticeQ.
