Color code or lock symbol to show note is completed from an appointment

Could you create a way that will allow for me to see when a note is completed for a particular patient or how many patient notes need to be completed.

Yes yes yes! Please provide a way to see what notes are completed or not-completed. Something on the calendar to indicate this would be sooooo helpful. Color coding, a check mark, anything.

If you're talking about a symbol on the Calendar for each patient appointment, then Yes! That would be very helpful! It was color-coded in Valant and made it easier and quicker to know which patients I needed to go back to finish.

I want this same thing! For both, completed and left to complete. Having to manually check the notifications, go to the encounter and mark it complete is frustrating. Also, not being able to bring up the treatment plan attached to an appointment and it going directly to the session note.
