Tabs for sections of Intake/Follow-up Notes

Instead of scrolling and scrolling and scrolling to find the section I'm looking for, having tabs would be easier to use to jump directly to the section I need to refer to.

Tabs would be a great option in H&P and follow up notes!

Even a table of contents at the top of the page would be super useful as well that jumps to each question. Or icons that scroll to the bottom/top.

Yes, please. Collapsible sections are helpful but still requires that we scroll to them
