Allow for multiple conditions to be met before making a decision. For example IF parent delivered = "Yes" AND multiples = "Twins" THEN show "xyz"

Full logical arguments would be fantastic! If, then, and, else, elseif, unless, true, false, etc.

This would be very helpful. To piggy back on this, I would like for the rules to allow for multiple outcomes for a single question...for example, if a client answers yes to #1, then show #2 AND hide #5
