The majority of our appointments are telehealth, and the staff has no way of knowing when patients have just checked in, or clicked their telehealth link. It would help us get more patients online for their appointments and providers would not have to tell us when patients are not on. Would greatly enhance our work flow.

YES! Our customer service team assists the patients and providers in getting successfully connected and the only way we know if they are having issues is if the provider reaches out to us. We are 100% remote company, so this would be HUGE for us.
