Selective Telehealth Sessions

Being able to enable telehealth for individual sessions instead of having to set an entire service as telehealth. Ex: it is quite often that some of my patients (due to weather, or scheduling) will having to switch to a teletherapy session instead of in person, however, currently we have to enable telehealth for all appointments of that service type. Perhaps making it an override feature to enable telehealth for individual sessions. This way we can clearly differentiate which sessions are actually meant to be telehealth and which sessions are in person.

It can make the list of services rather lengthy, but we have set up a Telehealth office location, and separate telehealth services for the services we provide telehealth for.
For example, Individual psych and Individual psych telehealth, Couples psych & Couples psych telehealth, etc. That way the office reflects telehealth on the appointment confirmation & reminder, and telehealth has its own set of services.
We can also update individual sessions as needed to the telehealth office & service. If they have recurring appointments set up we just click 'no' when it asks if you want to make the change to all appointments in the recurrence.
