A "Ding" alert for the patient for telehealth

When a patient joins a telehealth appointment before the provider - they need to click something to initiate the visit. If they are doing something on their phone or computer, or walk away - they have no idea the provider is waiting for them. If they got a "ding" or some type of sound alert on their end it would be helpful

This would be so helpful in my practice. I am losing valuable time with my patients because they are not alerted when I sign on. I then have to find another way to alert them that I am on the portal. Please find a way to make this work.
