Auto-Refresh the Calendar

It would be great if the calendar did not allow double booking. I have recently had a few patients that somehow were booked during the same time slot. A warning should pop up if trying to book over another appointment or blocked time.

I was asked by support to make this a feature request today. It appears it has been listed as a feature request for at least 2 years and has been upvoted many times. I'm not sure why they would design a calendar system that does not auto-refresh with recent changes such as appointments being added/canceled, I can't imagine a single use case where the user would want it to function this way. Please address this IntakeQ!

It does not do that on my end, I constantly have to scroll down to today's date

As far as I can tell, the calendar should update in real time. Are there certain views or scenarios where the information isn't kept up to date?

Tyson Edwards: Yes, sometimes things deleted in my Google Calendar don't pull forward into PracticeQ. I have blocked time for a personal event, cancelled the block in Google, but it was still in the PracticeQ bookings calendar.

Tyson Edwards: If you have multiple tabs open, it updates the current one you are working on, but only sometimes updates the second one. As far as I can tell, updates done in a client profile appear in the calendar in real time, but updates done in the calendar don't appear in the second tab until you refresh.
