Are used to use Jain and in the Jain app they had a little money icon that was shown on the schedule when people have paid. It made it a lot easier to know who has not paid or who is up on an amount. Once paid for the session, the money icon would pop up and you would know that it was paid and you didn’t have to think about it. You didn’t have to go into their files and look deeper to see if the invoice was paid. It was just a done deal by looking at that. I think it would be really cool feature to have here on m intake q

Perhaps the "$" icon could be black once invoicing has been done, and turn green once it's marked as paid? Honestly, just having the black one showing that I've remembered to invoice the appointment would be enormously helpful--I can always go to an accounts receivables type page (right? that exists?) to see who still needs to submit payment...

This is huge. It would make me feel way more confident that I haven't missed a payment. If someone has a package, it would also be nice to know that's factored in too as "paid" for each linked session in the package. Said differently, any indication in the calendar view would be helpful. Every week I scan through each appointment to make sure it's been paid or its accounted for in a package. It takes time.
