Improve look of notes in printed form

when printing to pdf, IQ's notes have a very unprofessional look with headings unbolded and text body bolded (and blue). Even with rich text enabled, it doesn't pull through in the format that is transmitted to referring providers. An alternate option would be to enable 'snippets' on the rich text field.

If this is not an option to make automatic, could you at least make a class on how to change this ourselves?

I think the overall appearance could be streamlined for both digital and printed notes. It would be nice to have it streamlined where it is all the same font size, bolding, and color (unless manually changed). I will often use bullets or numbered items in only one section, and then that section has a different appearance across both pdf and printed notes.

yes, i agree completely. i will also add that although the rich text feature is great since its the only feature that allows for bolding, underline, italics, when printing PDF, the font is lighter than the rest of the content that were NOT typed in the rich text box.
