Ability to Track Vitals

Not sure what kinds of practitioners are using this software, but this is borderline dangerous and may create malpractice risk for many medical practitioners if they cannot accurately track their patients' vitals without running extensive additional applications like the doctor below described with his multi-step csv import/export process. I would also imagine that any malpractice insurer would try to join the provider of the EHR that claimed to be a full-service medical EHR if there were a malpractice lawsuit involving such software. Just food for thought. If I were in charge of PracticeQ, this would be my top priority in terms of software development. As a side note, to avoid this malpractice risk, we will continue using another EHR until/unless we hear something about vitals tracking functionality being added to PracticeQ.

This is such an important feature. I am shocked that it's not integrated in the core EHR system. Creating a form to track vitals was not something I expected to have to do when transitioning into PracticeQ. Especially since we are coming from such an antiquated EHR

New IntakeQ users in our practice. SHOCKED to learn that Vitals aren't core feature along with patient history trends. This should be the highest of priorities for a feature. Please add this asap. It's kind of upsetting this isn't in the product and makes me question if we've made the right choice. I will be leaving a public review soon and I'll be honest, gonna mention this and tell people NOT to use this product/service until it's added.

I agree this should be basic feature to all EHR systems. This really should be high priority.

Ryan Leslie I agree. I wish this is an easy fix already. Nothing on the changelog much either.

Would like to be able to log vital signs and follow trends for weight, height, Blood pressure and heart rate. Would move my medical practice over if this was possible as need to monitor when on medications.

Dedicated vital sign module

Something that allows one to trend vitals over time, like on a graph. Dedicated vital sign values with profile mapping. This would include alerts for low and high values. Most importantly, need something that automatically calculates BMI from weight and height.

It would also be helpful to have different types of graphs or charts flow between notes.
