My admin person preps my notes before each visit. This includes preparing "context" infor for Heidi. But because she can't access my Heidi integration, I have to copy and paste it in from elsewhere each time.
If I paid for another Heidi account for her, that would just give her access to her own Heidi account, but I don't believe she could prep my notes. So it wouldn't help, and would be cost prohibitive.
Requesting the ability to have an admin level user access to a provider's Heidi integration so they can help prep our notes (significant time saver and quality of documentation improver!).
