Please make the printed products more professional looking

God bless you all for moving this up lol. Does anyone have any other tips or tricks to make these things more professional? would appreciate any tips until PQ gets things fixed. Something as simple as being able to make the title's to each section bold shouldn't be that hard to implement. Currently, all my PDF notes have titles that are lighter than the content in each section that i hand type. PQ tells me this feature isn't available. super confused as to why this isn't something that would have been thought of. It's just common sense... Titles are always darker/bold and the content is just like this text (unless the person wants to make it look bold). thanks all!

I've been complaining about this for years and have created another feedback post gaining 62 upvotes. This is apparently NOT a priority or a concern for Practice Q to fix. I really think this is a growing concern and they should hire someone to redesign the printout format.
In the meantime, THERE IS A WORK-AROUND posted on the IntakeQ community Facebook page. If you go into your form settings -> advanced tab -> that's where you can add a CSS code to customize the printout layout of your note templates and even assessments forms. I pasted a CSS code that I had Chat GPT develop (attached) for those that are wanting to copy this format/look. You'll have to paste this code into each form and note template if you want to get a system wide uniform look. I also reconfigured the tables, since they were very basic looking. Now my notes look less embarrassing, a little more professional, but it's a start. I've attached screenshots of the before and after.

Literally for years we've been complaining about this and requesting improvements. Absolutely no response.

I have made this same request a long while back, with no action on the part of Practice Q. The way printed products/pdfs look currently are simply ugly and make quite a poor impression. I second everything you say in your feedback. This should now be regarded as a complaint, rather than simple feedback! This will certainly be a leading reason why I might switch to a more responsive vendor of EHR! It is a shame that Practice Q does nothing about it despite years of similar feedback.

Please find a way to make it more compact

This!! Please look at Paperform.co to better understand form aesthetics. Need choices of fonts at the very minimum. We are paying a premium price for something a visually unprofessional product. Forms are at the core of this product.

I agree. Progress notes should look very plain, with consistent formatting and black text. As it is now it does not look professional

Black is professional and should always be the default

Absolutely, this is unacceptable for an EHR and should have been fixed years ago
