Notifications & tracking for incomplete intake forms

IntakeQ should be able to notify staff when required intake forms have NOT been completed within a defined timeframe after being sent (for example 24 or 48 hours), and again when a client is approaching their first scheduled session without completed forms.
Current functionality only allows passive monitoring via a static Pending Forms list, which requires manual checking and does not reliably prevent missed intakes or last-minute session issues.
Requested capabilities:
- Internal staff notifications triggered by non-completion of intake forms
- Time-based and appointment-based triggers (for example X hours after sending forms, or X hours before the first appointment)
- Clear visibility into which clients are blocked from proceeding due to missing intake forms
- Support for exception-based workflows where silence indicates compliance and alerts indicate required action
This functionality is critical for operational compliance, intake efficiency, and ensuring clinicians never start sessions without completed documentation.
