When I was using another EHR (ICANotes) they had the possibly to add pop up notes on a patient's chart. That way, when you open a patient's chart, a small post-it-like note would pop up with whatever information was important to know about the patient. Currently I am just adding important notes in the comments section of the chart but I keep forgetting to check it before starting the patient session. For example my comments note for a patient says "patient is a major talker." I would have loved to have this info before I started the session. Thank you :)
