It’s not perfect because it only shows the last 10 intakes sent out but in the admin Dashboard there’s a widget for the intakes that are pending…in case that helps in the meantime

I came here to ask specifically for this! It would be amazing to have form reminders that are dependent on client activity (i.e. the reminder is only sent if client hasn't completed the form). Thank you!
