Currently there is only 1 timing setting for the Global Form Reminder Email Template which governs all custom Form Reminders as well. If the Global Form Reminder Email Template is set to "Never" then the custom reminders will not be sent.

We would like the ability to decide which forms receive follow-ups and when they should be sent independent of the Global Form Reminder Email Template.
