Time to Book Again Trigger

At this time, the ‘time to book again’ email is triggered by the last scheduled visit. This includes completed, missed, or cancelled visits. This is not ideal when a visit is missed or cancelled, as it pushes the timeline out. A current workaround is to delete the appointment, but this is not ideal either, as I would like to maintain a historical record. Could the trigger instead be based only on the last completed visit?

I would also like to have the option to send the "time to book again" trigger in advance of the last scheduled appointment. I'd like to be able to customize it for the patient. Since my schedule books out weeks in advance, and several patients need help staying on top of making sure they have appointments set, I'd like to, for example, have the TTBA reminder sent out when three appointments are left. Then they can schedule more before they run out. The time to book again trigger doesn't really help us when it is sent after the last appointment is scheduled--at that point the patient will likely have to wait weeks or be put on a waitlist to get in sooner.

This would really help as we look for statistics on retention/drop outs etc!
