In Athena, an incoming document can be reviewed (for example, an incoming fax with an insurance denial can be routed to the office staff). Can we have a way of 'pinging' someone of a new document uploaded to the patient files? For example, let's say I upload a letter from the insurance company to the patient. Can I then have the option to notify the insurance coordinator?
