Remove Names of Deactivated Practitioners from Lists
Brian Frith-Smith
We would love for the names of deactivated practitioners to no longer appear in the Access Control window or in the various practitioner menus in LISTS. We can imagine that as employees come and go, these lists and menus will be very cluttered, we think it will become very annoying. Anyone with us here?

It's incredibly frustrating and seems like something that should be easy to fix. The only alternative is to delete them, and then their information disappears from all their client's records, meaning you've retroactively changed the records for all of that person's clients. I don't see how they can even offer such an option (and it's the one that was suggested to me when I contacted support about this).

This please! Even a way to filter from active versus deactivated (like active and archived clients) would be a huge improvement.

YES PLEASE!! Even in messaging its terrible to see the laundry list of providers who are deactivated!

Aliccia Matteson YES! We really disliked that. We just copied the entire message threads to a doc and made a pdf of it, which we uploaded to an HR profile of the deactivated practitioner. That allowed us to delete the message thread in team messaging.
